Los Angeles Airport Marriott

We did the day room and was perfect for a long layover. The room was on the pool deck and the hotel had a lovely pool. Definitely great value. Made the long wait bearable,

Absolutely perfect for our 12-hour layover, with our room right off the pool area. Great food also.

Seamless check in. Beautiful pool. $10 food credit as part of package was great. Only downside is no shower available.

Great location

My family of four were returning from a cruise and had a later flight in the evening. Not wanting to just sit at the LAX airport, we used Resort Pass and found a day room at the Mariot.  We took the free shuttle from departures to the hotel and were quickly checked in. It was a short walk to our comfy room and we were in the pool shortly after that. It was a cooler day, and which made the pool feel cold.  But the hot tub was very hot. Both could use some vacuuming. The rest of grounds were well taken care of and it had a very nice lobby. We also ate at Hanger 18 for lunch. The food was good but service was slow. 
When we needed to leave the check out was quick and the shuttle back to airport was quicker. 
If back in the same situation at LAX, I would book this hotel again through Resort Pass. 

Easy day room check in for a late flight. 

This location is good if you want something affordable near LAX or the SoFi stadium. The only downside about this place is that the jacuzzi bubbles do not turn on until after 2 pm, their is no food and beverages delivery from the hotel restaurants - you have to go pick it up yourself, and the pool water is not heated. Also self parking should be $25 but it charges you $70 so you have to use the call button when getting out so they can let you out (bring cash) or you will need to make another stop before you leave.

A bit cool for swimming but hot tub and fitness center were great. Room clean and quiet for napping. Free shuttle back to the airport was prompt.

So convenient to wait out a long layover

Booked a day pass for an afternoon as had 9 hours between international flights. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and raining but I was still able to enjoy the hot tub, lunch in the restaurant and the fitness centre. The shuttle from the airport made the whole process convenient and the service at the front desk and restaurant was great. My only complaint is that there is not much to do or places to sit if the weather is bad.

Door , hours before you leave and ask when are you leaving? Not good if you are trying to get some sleep before a 14 hour flight

Room service

I had a 12 hour layover at LAX, so I bought Day Pass at Marriott LAX, specifically to use the gym and pool. The hotel did not have a shower connected to the gym or pool, so I wasted my money. I could have used the lounge and and restaurant without paying $30. Why would anyone advertise use of a gym with no shower?
