On reservations it stated woukd have fruit platter , bottle waters 
None of that happened 
Canceling is not easy so stuck with cabana with windy rainy weather 
Couldn't even change days 

Not worth it 

This hotel is amazing. Every staff member made us feel very important and special. The quality of the hotel is exceptional from the room to the restaurants, pool, spa, etc. I made a reservation at the top golf suite for something different and it was exclusive and so much fun. The food and service is outstanding. We will be back! The resort pass is the best offer for our staycation.  We dont have overnight childcare and the resort pass made our fabulous visit possible. 

Best staycation ever

The check in was simple. We had the entire area to ourselves which was nice. I thought there was a heated pool but I guess they meant the jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi weren't clean. For it to be the Four Seasons, it wasn't very modern so the seating and area in general was outdated and my boyfriend made a comment about it so I wouldn't bring him back. It was an okay experience but the price was too high for the outdated look and feel of the space.

Great cabana and service

I reserved a cabana for our family's enjoyment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cabana itself. It felt like a genuine room, complete with a poolside wait staff and a convenient bar service. My only regret was I should have arrived as soon as they opened so I could enjoy longer.

Awesome Cabana Experience

Overall I enjoyed my time at the pool. Pool and hot tub were both nice. Staff is also very nice. 

Nice vibe!

It was a great experience the pool was quiet, not many people so my friends and I were able to work and lounge. The food menu is as expected pool food but it was very tasty. Bartenders and waiters were all very nice creative and great to talk to. The room you get is really nice with great amenities inside, including the cool air conditioning when outside just got too hot.

Great girls day

Overall, a good (not great) experience. Timeliness of service and DJ music selection (played house music the entire time) are areas for improvement. Also, checking in at the spa desk was problematic, as they initially had trouble verifying my day pass reservation, which caused some angst. 

Good, not great experience. 

So worth every penny. The staff is so nice.
