Wonderful pool Day!!

We always have a great time here. The pool is never overly crowded and we always get a cabana which is always a plus. They only have 1 to 2 servers which delays service but MaryBeth is the best. So friendly and accommodating 

Love it here! 

The resort pass seems to be okay so far that I've used it, however, the cancellation policy is not customer-friendly.  I booked my pass late the night before and realized after midnight I couldn't go the next day.  The platform will not allow you to rebook automatically, big flaw and needs to be reconciled as a part of the ticket.

Our experience at The Westin was awesome!  It was what we expected & more.  The cabana was very nice.  Our server Mary Beth had great customer service & was very good. She suggested items for us to enjoy from the food and drinks, which was a good choice. The furniture and pool was very clean well kept up.  The water very good temperature.

The pool was a perfect temperature and furniture was new and modern. Great experience. Will do it again!

Great experience 

Have booked this hotel so we can be in poolside during the fireworks. Last year they closed it early for a private event and this year they did as well. The only reason I chose this hotel was for its location.  Next time I'll be at the Marriott convention center.

Central

The pool and cabana were so clean and stylish. But it was the exceptional service that we received from Kelley Ann that made our day poolside at the Westin memorable. 

Great servy

Only one pool attendant for food and beverage on a holiday weekend. Poor thing was killing herself. It took forever to get stuff. She was making drinks, putting in orders, clearing tables and delivering orders. Too much for one person.

They need help

I was treated like a King and so where my guest.
