We purchased a cabana for 200.00 and received no service at all.  When we arrived we ordered a pina colada and about 45 minutes later were told they didn't have the mix.  We tried to order a tequila with 1800 gold and were told about 45 minutes later they were out.  We did get one margarita in between that was awful.  We finally went to wine.  Were told understaffed etc and were also told our cabana basically had the most problems.  There were two ladies manning the pool for drinks and did not know what they were doing much less make a drink.  The afternoon person tried to charge us for the drinks we did not get and got an attitude with my husband.  We definitely did not get our money's worth .

 I loved the cabana we stayed in, the place is beautiful.  I paid $450, to be my own host, treated unfairly, spent most of my time going back in forth to the Host/Bartender to get service.  I was exhausted, making sure my 5 guest received everything I paid in the package.  My guest noticed it too.   The Host/Bartender was the only person there serving the entire pool area and three cabanas, which was not fair to her either.

Had a nice time at the pool here. Cabanas are limited (only 3) so make sure to book ahead of time. Pool is a nice size but can get packed during summer. Frozen drinks take long to get since short staffed but they make enough for your refills on the next order. Overall had a great time.

I loved everything about this place from parking to the pleasant hospitality received while visiting here. 

Great Location

The hotel is beautiful and smells so appealing. I have to say there is no difference really on the regular cabana to the deluxe cabana with your resort pass.  There are only 3 cabanas total as the pool area is small. The drinks are super expensive do so I think is cheaper if you do order the bottle service upfront as an add on when you choose the cabana you want. This was a getaway with my friend and we enjoyed it much. There are beautiful hotels around the hotel therefore we went after to eat around there. 

Nice Day Getaway

We enjoyed our visit and the wait staff was attentive. Would have been nice to have a wider selection of food items to choose from. Pool isn’t super large so if you don’t want to be crammed in definitely go on a Sunday like we did. 

Fun Day

I purchased the deluxe cabana for a day by the pool with my fam. It had something for everyone and we enjoyed the water! Service was amazing and food was good. The hotel was beautiful…thanks for a great day!

Such a great day by the pool.

We had a perfect day at the cabana! Pool was heated, kids were happy, hubbies had tv and were happy, and they allowed outside foods since they didn’t have service there. Great day overall!
