This was a mommy day out and birthday celebration that I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We called a week before to make sure the DJ was going to be there they said yes. When we arrived we was greeted by a rude bartender that was making our experience unpleasurable. We were the only party at the pool at the time and was being harassed. Then told they was going to close the pool early. The bar was not opened, and it just was not a good experience. I felt I wasted my money especially since the price went up a week before and it should not have. I would like a refund.

hotel was okay, started raining so I used the gym area, hoping they would come switch out the towels to lay out on the chairs since it had rained a little but they didn't aside from that it was chill.

Pool was nice and secluded but there was no pool service until like 3 pm and we were there since 9 am. Other than that, nice hotel.

Could improve in some areas

Clean pool, staff is very nice, nice drinks. 

Great Experience

I live in Houston and do not have a pool. While hunting for an option that is not a party place, a la...Margaritaville or a massive people fest like the Marriott Marquis, I saw this lovely gem and thought it was perfect. 
The pool is intimate and beautiful but that is where it ends. 
There is no service here, none. 
No one at the pool for drink service, no bar at the pool, you can call room service on a phone in the vestibule outside the pool but they were honestly so confused and didn't have anything to make pool, service happen. I ordered a bottle of wine that arrived in an old plastic carafe & water glasses. A big miss with this venue. 
The fee is perfect for locals looking for a dip and some relaxation, I thought we'd be spending on lunch and drinks for certain. Not so much. 
There is no sunblock, lotion, water, umbrella service, any service at all. I think if this were to be invested in it could become a really nice driver of revenue for the hotel and enjoyment for Houstonians. 

Could...be Amazing.

The pool was beautiful with great views of the city but still nestled away. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and very attentive to everyone at the pool that day. 

Great Pool, Stellar Service

The pool was absolutely beautiful, staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful! Most important the ambiance was clean and tools were clean 

AMAZING EXPERIENCE 

the pool is small & if you go during the week & want anything to drink you have to go down to the bar in the lobby but if you just want a quiet place to relax & enjoy the sun and cool off it was perfect! The staff is also really nice & the spa director gave us a free drink since there was no service during the week!
