Such a great experience! My facial was perfect and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The classes were all booked up for today but the hotel is letting me use the credit on another day which i really appreciated. would definitely recommend!

The spa amenities were very nice and the massage was great!

Nice spa

The staff were very nice, hardworking, and attentive. However, the spas logistical issues really affected our overall experience. The cold/snow room was out of service, so it was just the two saunas and salt room that were available for use. The hammam seemed like it needed constant work to keep it from getting too wet, so staff had to continuously enter the space and replace the towels, which let cool air in. There was a wait for the locker room and then another wait for our salt room reservation. We had a tight window to be there, so we didn't even get our full two hours of use. Overall, the spa was clean and the salt room was great, but I don't think it was worth the money.
