Amenities are everywhere at Balmoral Resort, a family friendly getaway outside Orlando, Florida in Haines City. Right on the lake, this sunny spot is ideal for guests who want a good time, without waiting in line. Between the waterpark, fishing, putt-putt golf, arcade, and bar & grill, there truly is something fun for everyone. The Florida life is good.

We returned after two years (last year was closed) since we had a great experience last time. Unfortunately it did not measure to our first experience. Park was very worn, one of the slides was closed. The grounds weren't clean. Though food and drinks were good. 

Not as good :/

This is located in the community center of what appears to be a rental community. The kid area is nice if youre staying at the property I believe they are trying to hype up revenue but should not be listed on this platform . while there my children and I witnessed a woman visibly drunk throwing up multiple times in the bushes right by our cabana staff was aware and did nothing . This lasted about an hour with the womans friends dumping an empty beer bucket of water from the pool onto her head completely drenching her without regard several times will not be returning

Balmoral was a great experience! 
We reserved a Cabana on ResortPass and enjoyed Father's Day at their Location in Haines City FL. 
It was a great day and us and the kids had an amazing time. 

My 4 Star Review is due to the following feedback... 
No lifeguards on anyone monitoring who and when adults/kids go down the waterslides. 
No trash receptacle at each cabana - we had to use Target bags we happened to bring for disposing of other things. 
No pricing for adult beverages on the menu. This day and age, ppl are on a budget. Even if you choose to go somewhere and spend some money, I get it that should be a set amount and should be printed on the menu. 
Also, on our receipt when we closed out it was just ONE amount - NO Breakdown.
The food was great and the 2 types of drinks we ordered were average. 
One being way too strong and the other not having any alcohol present. 
With drinks averaging around $15 server was nice but not readily available. 
Great Day Overall!

Loved the Cabanas by both Pools! 

Walk with your own towel as a heads up 
Also the water slide was the best to me and the bigger pool 

Its on the outside of Orlando 

This is not a huge place. Its basically  inside of a subdivision BUT the service, food, and clean grounds were the toppers for me! We rented a cabana which is not really necessary since there are plenty of chairs/seats but I wanted some shade. The thing was the waitress! The staff! OMG more than a Hilton & Ritz! And Ive been to both! It was impeccable! Even the front desk was so darn good! Bathrooms superbly clean. 10/10

GREAT FAMILY TIME

I visited for the first time this past Saturday with my SIL. We got a day pass for the water park for us & our kids. We had fun & the food was great, but the big slide closed due to too much chlorine in them. Before they closed, we all went on them a few times. We went in the tube slide once & nearly passed out & were coughing because the chlorine was SO concentrated. An employee said that we would get a discount for the inconvenience, but when my SIL checked they said they didn't know what he was talking about. The big slide is the funnest part & we didn't even get to use it the whole day. It would be nice if we could be accommodated for it.

Water Park Day Pass

Although the cabanas dont have beds as advertised, instead theyre more like poolside chairs in the cabanas. It was very family oriented and everyone was super friendly my kids had a blast! Definitely recommend and will be going again!

It was clean and food was good. The servers were attentive; but there were no umbrellas in the entire poolside area.
