The staff was extremely friendly and treated us the same as if we were hotel guests. Great experience at the Eau resort and spa.

Gorgeous Resort, well maintained, superior customer service. Spent the day relaxing by the pool/ocean where we were well taken care of by the staff. Our pool server Yuni went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the ahi tuna. It was truly the best I have ever had! Food/drinks were excellent. You won't regret having a daycation at the Eau Palm Beach!

The facilities were amazing and the hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely was a wonderful way to spend the day.

Great things about the Eau - The people!! Valet staff were friendly courteous and quick!! Checking in to obtain the day pass was painless and welcoming even though we were not guests of the hotel we were greeted as if we were. Pool staff were very attentive and helpful - chairs were set up quickly and servers stopped by often to check in if we were okay. We had the unlimited brunch and our server Gorkem was incredible and couldn't be any more hospitable, really made our day! The brunch staff at the restaurant were all friendly and keep the brunch buffet looking clean and appetizing. The things that could be better about the Eau - The Resort Beach Access - Very narrow at that particular location - nothing comparable to Fort Lauderdale or Miami when it comes to fluffy sand and plenty of space to set up for the day. If its high tide forget about being on the beach - water nearly meets the sea wall. Brunch food - We purchased the unlimited brunch with mimosas and bloody's and that was a great perk - the food itself was nothing to write home about. Oysters were briny and the brunch offerings were pretty basic hotel quality with little creativity or variety. For example, they had charcuterie and the cheese options were sandwich slices of cheddar, swiss and pepper jack?? Very weird. Pools - Main pool much smaller than the photos appear and was crowded due to an event being held on the pool deck in addition to the regular guest. Thankfully the adult-only pool was less busy but the pool never received direct sunlight during the day sooo it was very cold - no one was in the water. No music was played at the pool which made the mood very sterile. Hot tub - hidden in a corner and lack a view or any sort of vegetation to have that feeling you are a resort to relax - felt like I was an apartment complex hot tub. Jets were wimpy and no real bubbles produced.

Check in was easy ! Staff was great, service was on point from the beach to the pool. Veggie burger was the best I ever tasted fresh and all the right toppings Will definitely setup a second round soon enough

The Eau went above and beyond my expectations. In addition to the hotel and pool being absolutely stunning, the service was unlike any other hotel I’ve been to! Will definitely be returning to this luxurious location very soon!!

Love love this hotel the service is impeccable constant water being served and very attentive.
