Check in at front desk was easy. I showed the confirmation email and the agent welcomed me and told me what the pass included. Access to pool, health club, ability to order food and drinks. Pool was nice and clean, temperature was fine. Hot tub was nice. There were many available lounge chairs. I ordered a pina colada and left tab open for lunch. Drinks and fish tacos were very good. Cold water is available at the bar. Inside restrooms were clean and easy to access from outside. I was not given a key for access as was mentioned, everything was open. Security was at the pool, I heard him ask a young group if they were guests. They were there for brunch but weren't in swimsuits yet. I'll definitely go again.
