Perfect day spot

Nice aesthetic clean pool & jacuzzi but the drinks suck & wish there was more to do other then the pool & fitness center for the price

Arrived early to make sure I got a lounge chair. Very pretty pool. Great location! 

A good time 

Some couples, some families, some business people there for a convention… very low key, relaxed vibes. Would def recommend if you're just looking for a nice pool, hot food, cold drinks and an escape from the day to day :) 

Laid back

This was a perfect day. The people working were incredible and the food was amazing. 

Fabulous location

Very clean and nice hotel. Pool was great, good temperature. Hotel staff were nice and very attentive they help you find loungers. Bartenders were some of the friendliest and nicest people, drinks were good. Overall a very beautiful location. 

My day was fantastic. Except the help. 
Lady came around yelling and aggressively about how there weren’t enough seats for guests by pool. “ these paying customers” like none of us were? Telling people she is going to start ripping towels off chairs and throwing peoples things at the towel stand…. 
Then when I went to leave 2 ladies at the desk were awful. Worse customer service. Very rude. One of the workers heard how they were treating me and came over and was being super kind and gave me amazing customer service. I even tipped him for his kindness. 

I’ve never been treated this way here, it’s one of my favorite spots to come with my family and kids. 

Great Spot, but workers are rude. 

I will definitely come back to this place again. The pool was warm and the drinks from the bar was amazing!

Very Relaxing

I booked this cabana with a group of friends. There were 7 of us, and the cabana said 6 people, so we purchased an extra resort pass and pulled up an extra chair to the cabana. The manager threw a FIT about this. He claimed it was unsafe (it was not in anyone's way at all), was not at all willing to compromise, didn't apologize or ask what he could do to make it right. Zero customer service on his part. The only saving grace was our sweet waitress who was a badass, she got us a free round of drinks and moved us to a different cabana that was closer to the pool. Oh, and while we were moving to the new one, we saw a couple clearly utilizing lounge chairs for a cabana that was marked off as being private. They obviously had not booked it for themselves, and yet the manager didn't seem to mind them taking advantage like that. It's a bummer that the manager is so clueless when it comes to customer service, because the hotel itself is very nice.

Beautiful pool great service & drinks From the bartender. Only thing I’d say was the description said heated pool and the pool was not but I’m not sure if it just wasn’t turned on
