Great day at the spa and beach!

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The amenities, the services, the staff, and the location. 

Amazing experience 

There was confusion as we checked in at the front desk vs the spa.  The front desk person had to get the manager. He was not aware of the resort pass relationship but was super accommodating.  He went so far as to track us down on the way to the beach to make sure we received our complimentary mimosa.

I paid a total of $219, expecting for a massage and access to all the amenities. The massage was amazing, so relax in worth the money, however The older black lady who works in the front What's super route to me? She greeted me with a nasty attitude. And when I asked to use the gym facility? Said that because I'm not a guess of the hotel that I was not able to use it. I ended up going to concierge to ask. And they said that I did have access and I. Ended up being able to use the gym. She definitely made my experience Less than expected. I will not be coming back if they have people working like that there. Also the gym was super tiny and the spa was tiny as well. I had a better experience at pga national. 

Subpar customer service and small spa

I booked a massage for two but when we arrived they ended up putting us in seperate rooms, make sure you clarify that you want a couples massage in the same room, it was a bit upsetting because we went on valentines day. This was our first valentines day together and it's honestly stressed me out that they couldn't put us in the same room when I asked. Not very accommodating just saying they didn't have the time to set up a new room. No discount was given or accommodation... I wanted a relaxing massage with my significant other and ended up getting stressed out and was not able to enjoy my massage, the resort itself is beautiful and service from the bars and restaurants are incredible.

Spa day

I decided to book a resort pass for my birthday. The employees in the hotel were great with great customer service. The spa experience was okay to me. You only get access to the locker 30 min before your set time and an hour after your massage. So I literally had to carry my bag with me everywhere which made my experience a little less exciting. The masseuse my husband and I were not very welcoming. We did enjoy the Restaurant in the hotel. Went for both lunch and dinner and food was amazing. 

Okay Experience 

No locker room access u til 30 before our service so we were stuck with our bags. Spa is very small. Mandatory 20% gratuity before your service. It was just okay. The hotel is really nice.

Watch for hidden charges

I was able to have my bags stored by the front desk with no problems. The front desk was both professional and kind. I was then showed to the spa. What a lovely spa. To me, this is a real spa where someone escorts you to put a robe on and shows you the facility. I sat for a while to relax and unwind. My massage was INCREDIBLE. Because Im horrible at remembering name, I wish I could thank her again. Perfect pressure. Since I was at the resort for a short time, I opted to put my bathing suit on and sit by the pool since it was 78. Lovely!  Simply lovely. All staff were kind and professional. I will stay at SiSpa the next time I come into West Palm. Thank you for the entire staff for being so accommodating. 

Very lovely place with excellent customer service

Booking with SiSpa was so simple! Before I could even get a chance to contact them to schedule my massage they called me. The were able to move things around to accommodate my request to have a massage around the same time as my friend. When I arrived they were very welcoming. Dominque the valet was courteous and showed me the entrance of spa. I received a tour of the amenities. I was able to relax a bit before my massage session. Marcel was my masseuse and she left me feeling like jelly with how relaxed she left me. I spend the day at SiSpa as a treat to myself for a great year of personal growth. I highly recommend SiSpa!!
