Pool + hot tub are both well kept. Most of the bathrooms are under construction but some are still available down the hallway. A nice location if you're looking for a lowkey pool day


Low Key 

So fun!

We went on Memorial Day and there was a convention happening locally, but it was pretty quiet. There were open seats and no towels but I just asked at reception and they came out fairly quickly. The food options beyond Starbucks were minimal before 2p so we ordered delivery. It's right near the airport and under a flight path and not always quiet. Staff were great. Great first time experience trying this out.

Nice, Low Key

The pool and surrounding areas were clean and great customer service overall. It was also pretty family friendly and the pool is warm with a shallow end for young kiddos.
Only things worth noting are: 
1. There is no changing room. We had to use the restroom.
2. Most towels were pretty stained so bring your own if you prefer.
3. $15 charge for parking with no street parking or alternatives close by so the cost adds up.

Gets the job done

Pool is huge, very clean and nicely heated.  This is a gem, will definitely go back.

Fantastic Pool

This place has great potential however the staff here are not up to standard. Scanned the QR code at the pool to order food but you still had to go inside to the hotel to order it. So I ordered a fish and chips and a coke and the bartender knew I was using the pool so he said he would drop out the food and drink once ready. 45 minutes later and still no food or drink so I go inside to ask what the story was and was greeted by a different bartender. I explained to her I ordered my food 45 minutes ago and she said oh yes its right here, and pointed to a doggy box of cold fish and chips. I said I thought you were dropping it out and she said I dont know I just got here. Zero apology. Also when checking out I paid for parking and the lady at the reception did not issue me a ticket until I pointed out to her she needed to give me one.

Pool is small for the size of hotel but the area is nicely settled with lounge chairs & tables with umbrellas for shade. The jacuzzi was great. It was busy. There were not enough lounge chairs 

Day pass

Pool was heated and very clean. Check-in was easy. The downside was that there is a $15 fee to park and no Wi-Fi by the pool, even though it was advertised on Resort Pass.
