Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel

Rented cabana that included snacks and drinks. Both waters and sodas were hot as the mini fridge did not work. Very hot day with nothing to keep us cool. 
Took half hour to get cabana set up once we selected the cabana. 


Daycation was hit!

The pool oasis area was very pretty, relaxing clean, and well appointed. 
Parking was free and located in the front.  Lot was full but slots were locatable.
Upon entering the front desk greets you and confirms your reservation.  We rented a cabana so this was confirmed, ID was checked and we were told which cabana number was ours.  There was 2 of us for the day. 
The pool services person had to set-up our cabana it wasn't ready yet.  She provided us with 3 towels, a bowl of snacks, and a mini frig with a variety of water and soft drinks.  
I did give a $40 tip and thought we would be checked on but no 1 ever came back.  The main host checked in on other quests in Cabanas but they were guests at hotel.  We had pink bracelets on for day pass. 
The meat market and outside bar opened at noon; self service order at the bar.  We ordered from the limited menu the wagu sliders they were ok.
The pool temperature was perfect and I found myself staying in the water most of the day!

Great location with a zen setting 

This place is very nice. Staff was excellent. Pool was not heated but not too cold. We we're provided drinks and food and bands to leave and come back as we pleased. Would definitely come here again.

Amazing Time

Had a great experience here getting a cabana - if you can splurge on one, you absolutely should. Easy check in. Comes with fully stocked with snacks and soft drinks and waters - two lounge chairs (make sure other guests dont take these and if they do, just ask the front desk to have them move or for new ones). Also a full tiki bar (which isnt advertised on Resort Pass images) where you can choose from a limited number of food items and lots of cocktail options. You can also order from their connected restaurant and they bring the food out to you/ call you once ready. Better yet - you can bring your own food in if you choose (menu items are pretty pricey and food was just OK).

Pool was the perfect temperature, overall wasnt too crowded but got busy in the afternoon. 

Would have loved to have a waitress attend to the cabana but the area isnt huge so it wasnt difficult going back and forth to the bar.

Overall highly recommend if you need a mini getaway for a day, a week, etc. 

Felt like being at a tropical resort!

The pool was nice and clean. Had no chlorine. Pool was very clear. The food at the bar was great. Came out quick and was fresh and hot.

Perfect Spot 

This was the first time Ive used resort pass and Im so glad it was this hotel! The cabana was amazing and the pool was fab. Its a really relaxing environment and it was a great day. Loads of self parking too. The food we ordered from meat market was delicious. The only thing I would say is there was no pool service, had to order from the bar.

The resort was beautiful, it had a relaxing ambiance and very clean. It was the most perfect day. 

Perfect day

I was shocked by the hostility of the staff at this hotel, minus the check-in staff. The pool area is pretty but no hot tub, and the pool is definitely not heated. Can get better service in a beautiful setting elsewhere.
