I recently visited the Conrad Hotel using a resort pass and had an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained facilities and an inviting atmosphere. The pool was amazingspacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing day. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend the Conrad Hotel for a day of luxury and relaxation.

Amazing Pool Day

Day started great. People were friendly. Pool was amazing ..  drinks and food and parking was pricey but understandable.  What I was not expecting was to be charged an extra $300 for massage was clearly was zero dollars at time of booking.  I should the spa my reservation had it at $0 as I thought it was just a special promo from resortpass and hotel.  She said well that was wrong when I showed my rest pass receipt. Saying we would never do that.  Feel ripped off big tim. So wont go back to Conrad Hotel or report pass until I get a refund.  How do I even get that??? 

Great placed but scammed by free message

It was the perfect start to summer, still chilly parts of the day but had a great day of sun by the pool. 

Perfect daycation

The relaxation package was the best choice for my birthday self-care day! I have never used resort pass before and this first experience was stellar. The massage I received was one of the best, if not THE best. It was different than any I have had before, really targeting each muscle and releasing the tension. The infrared sauna was awesome. The pool was really nice with poolside food and drink menu. The spa team really made me feel like a special guest and helped with all my questions. I enjoyed my time and highly recommend this resort pass-relaxation spa package. 

Great Spa! 

From the reception to our massage and to access into the pool, the staff at the Conrad was A+ in being clear, courteous and timely. Took my mom for her birthday and we felt pampered!

Fantastic facilities 

Loved everything about Conrad Los Angeles! Superb amenities, wonderful customer service, and the pool is nice and warm. I am happy this is one of many Resort Pass locations to enjoy a mini getaway. 

Excellent 

The overall hotel was very nice. Did not enjoy my massage the masseuse was very rough with me but my Bestfriend had one as well and she said hers felt amazing. The pool area was nice, the pool was heated. Definitely a great place to spend your day. 

Nice atmosphere 

I booked the spa pass, not totally sure what it would be like, but it didnt disappoint. We had such a relaxing time and it was great to be able to use both the spa and pool facilities. Would come here again.
