The bar tender was horrible. Didn’t want to go get ice tea from the bar downstairs. Applied a 20% tip with out asking. Sat on his phone and never came out to pick up trash lying around or to see if anyone wanted more drinks. The pool glass was super dirty. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months if eve. This year. This was not worth the $25. Won’t ever come back and can’t recommend it to anyone either. Major disappointment.

I really enjoyed my day at the W Dallas - Victory. I arrived in the late morning and there were lots of chairs to choose from. The pool was in the shade initially, but as the day continued, the pool was exposed to more of the sunlight. As the day wore on, more chairs became occupied. The only attendant I saw was the bartender. It was left to the guests to police their seats, move chairs/couches/tables around. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There is a bathroom on site and towels were provided. ResortPass guests are issued an armband the must show security (via a camera) to be let into and out of the pool area.

I loved it and I will be back to visit this location .

Check in was easy, nice gym I used before rooftop pool use. Had ample shade for when not using the pool. Great atmosphere, drinks and DJ.

I purchased a yoga pass to celebrate my birthday. Despite it raining, I enjoyed the class, instructor and the ambiance. The rain was peaceful. I didn’t stick around to lounge in the pool but they handed out wristbands to make pool access pretty seamless. I would definitely purchase the yoga pass again!

The peak of my weekend! This was my first time attending a yoga class. Everything was perfect.

The yoga event was amazing. My girls and I stayed after to enjoy the pool, as well as have drinks. Perfect Day!

The staff greeted us as we entered and made us feel welcome!
