We had a good experience overall. The staff was very friendly/supportive.

We did have one issue that I would like to get some relief on. We had to postpone our first date to another day because of Thunder/Lighting storm. When we returned, we could not use 3 (2 adults, 1 child, $95) of the 8 passes I purchased. I was expecting to get a refund from the site on the day we visited. They told me I had to use the online service to get the refund. I am planning to return to the resort tomorrow (Sat 9/30). But I wanted to see if I could get a refund.

Good experience overall

Good staff -- especially bartender and DJ. Food just mediocre. Lovely hotel and beach access. Even enjoyed a guitarist in the evening by the fire pits!

Amazing!!!

You know how you see a bunch of good reviews and you just are curious if it's actually true? Well this place is definitely worth a visit. My sister and I went this weekend as a birthday celebration and we had a blast. There is the Lazy River, there are games on the side, the beach is right across the way, it is the perfect location! We even had drinks and although we didn't try the food it looked amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional too, we will definitely be returning. I don't usually write reviews so please count this as a WIN for them!!

This is simple small hotel and charging $40 for "resort pass" is not reasonable. 

Not impressed

We have gone twice and enjoyed both days. Employees are great and personable. Everything you need to have a great day is at your fingertips. I highly recommend.
