Such a beautiful resort!  If you want quiet and calm, this is the place for you!  The only negative thing was the pool was too hot!  It felt like a sauna!  Other than that, everything was perfect!  The staff was outstanding!!!!

We stopped at the Ritz for a day trip away from the cruise ship. It is an incredible location and resort. A fantastic day away from the business of the ship and downtown.

Great Escape

Staff was friendly, resort facilities were immaculate, and the drinks/ food were delicious. Thinking about going back to stay for a couple days.

Perfect getaway

The day was wonderful. The resort property is beautiful. All staff are very attentive and friendly. We got there by 9am and were able to get seats by the pool. By mid day, there were no seats left. Lunch at Sail was amazing. Our only disappointment was the beach. We did not go on the beach- it was small and there was not much white sand areas to walk in barefoot. We spent the whole day by the pool, and it never felt too crowded. Staff did a good job of keeping the kids to the kids pool and kept the infinity pool enjoyable for the adults. I wish there were showers so that we could have had the opportunity to stay until night time and have dinner at the resort as well!

Absolutely amazing location, staff, food and resort very well maintained and facilities unbelievable. Highly recommend. 

Excellent Daycation 

My family and I had the greatest day here while on the island. My kids loved the slide and the staff was warm and welcoming. We will be back!

Beautiful day beautiful resort

Our day at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas was great. The view was incredible and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. They set up our lounge chairs move the umbrella a couple of times to keep us in the shade. I would recommend resort pass to everyone and will purchase it again the next time we cruise to St. Thomas
