The day was wonderful. The resort property is beautiful. All staff are very attentive and friendly. We got there by 9am and were able to get seats by the pool. By mid day, there were no seats left. Lunch at Sail was amazing. Our only disappointment was the beach. We did not go on the beach- it was small and there was not much white sand areas to walk in barefoot. We spent the whole day by the pool, and it never felt too crowded. Staff did a good job of keeping the kids to the kids pool and kept the infinity pool enjoyable for the adults. I wish there were showers so that we could have had the opportunity to stay until night time and have dinner at the resort as well!

Great time

Absolutely amazing location, staff, food and resort very well maintained and facilities unbelievable. Highly recommend. 

Excellent Daycation 

My family and I had the greatest day here while on the island. My kids loved the slide and the staff was warm and welcoming. We will be back!

Beautiful day beautiful resort

Our day at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas was great. The view was incredible and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. They set up our lounge chairs move the umbrella a couple of times to keep us in the shade. I would recommend resort pass to everyone and will purchase it again the next time we cruise to St. Thomas

Great Resort 

My husband and I traveled from the port after disembarking from the Icon of the seas and took a public taxi to the resort. We had read it was easy to get taxi 's however next time we will try to reserve ahead as they may be a better option.
The 40 min drive from port was exciting with breath taking views. It was a bit of a journey over a mountain but definitely worth the 40 min drive to see all of the Island. Upon arrival we knew it was worth the journey the staff met us promptly and extended excellent hospitality and service to arrive and check in. The grounds were outstanding and unique. The lunch and cocktails were excellent. My husband and I will make the Ritz-Carlton in St.Thomas a destination for a future booking now that we have had a day trip through resort pass.

A unique experience

Beach service is wonderful. Cold towels and cookies served on the beach. Pools were great. Sails restaurant slow service. Although food was very good. Server made a mistake on our bill, and came to find us and pull us out of the pool to fix it. Very rude. 

Great amenities 

We were lucky to be able to purchase a day pass to this resort. We arrived to the island on a cruise and experienced a great day, beautiful resort and expectational hospitality from the staff.  No issues as the resort was expecting us from the front gate to the pool area.
