Our party of four booked this day pass after disembarking a cruise because our flight home did not leave until 11pm and we needed somewhere to spend the hours waiting. We arrived at the hotel about 11am. The pools are nice. They are not heated. But I liked the double pool. All the food was amazing.

We get a resort pass here often. It's so reasonably priced and a great time. Wonderful service, good food and drinks, clean restrooms, plenty of umbrellas, and the resort is well maintained. Highly recommend.

Fun stay

Though the rooftop was busy, our cabana was ready and we had a really nice, relaxing time! The staff were really nice and helpful, too.

Love the view of the lake and mountains.

We decided to use the day pass because our flight didnt leave Kona until late. After checking out of our other accommodations, we checked in and enjoyed the pools and lagoon all day. We booked a cabana by the lagoon, had lunch and relaxed until it was time to leave. It wasnt a bargain, but we really enjoyed our last day in paradise.

Great experience with two lovely pools to choose from, excellent views of the harbor. Only issue was there was no poolside service for food + beverages (you had to go inside the restaurant) and the 20% discount off food + beverage only applied to lunch and dinner entrees (not drinks). I'd consider going back!

Pool was fun and paddle boards were a plus. There wasnt a dedicated server she was the only server in the whole resort from the pool to beach. I felt Really bad for her so I had to go to the bar and use her services when she was available. Should have been more help for her. Stanley had no personality, no greetings and seemed annoyed by us being there. Was a ok pool but not sure I would Chose this hotel in the future. My boyfriend, his mom, myself and my 2 kids (age 10 and 3) spent Mother's Day in a cabana and it was spectacular! It came with 12 bottles of water, complimentary fruit tray, and 2 vouchers for free cocktails or smoothies. The cabana also had misters which was amazing. Everything was clean, staff was amazing, and it was the perfect day. Cannot wait to go back!
