Wyndham Garden Manassas

This was my first-time using resort pass. This hotel is not what I expected from looking at the pictures. The hotel itself is dated and could use some upgrades throughout. The staff was very friendly. The pool area is dated, but nice. This is not a luxe property. So, if you are looking to just sit by the pool and bring your own food or drinks during the day, this is the place to be. There is no drink or food service during the day.  I got there mid-morning and had to door dash lunch. The saltwater pool is enclosed with sliding door that didn't work to allow some breeze. It also only had four lounge chairs in that area or put your towel and things on the floor. The outdoor pool DOES NOT have any shade at all. Just enough lounge chairs for a group of ten, maybe. If they added at least three small round tables with an umbrella and chairs that would be great. There is only one single private bathroom right outside the pool doors. Overall, it was nice to relax by a clean pool in the sun.

The hotel is just 3 stars but clean, staff was friendly and our experience was positive. We'll return for sure

Outdoor pool was not ready by Memorial Day as stated. Property is run down and smelled like mildew and mold. We left within 45 minutes of seeing conditions we were so grossed out. I cannot believe this is even an option on ResortPass.
