I took the girls, daughter in law teen grandkids we had a wonderful day. Beautiful location crystal clear pool , service staff was delightful!

Wonderful daycation

We took our daughter for her 5th bday with 5 other kids and 3 adults. The slides were fun for the kids but the pool and little warmer pools had trash in them. Then there was the issues of the bees blocking the bathroom walkway, which is out if your control but it was a pain for the 2, 2 year Olds that needed to go to the bathroom. On a side note our server Jose was great!!

The Westin is a great location but pool needs updating and staff did not offer any help or offer drinks 

Ok pool day

We had a great time hanging out by the pool for Mother's Day. Carlos did an amazing job taking care of us and made our celebration even better. The water temp was great and the kids had a fun time. 

Fun in the sun 🌞 

The hotel is beautiful and Check in is easy.  Everything is very conveniently placed and the food, staff, and pool was nice.  The only hotel issues were that old food plates were stacked and left by the pool tables, and the outdoor and indoor games were missing parts or not fully working, though this is probably due to disrespectful customers rather than the staff.   My young son's shoes were stolen from our seats a few minutes before we left.  Other customers refused to walk a couple feet around the bowling to the other side of the arcade often causing you to stop your turns to let them pass without hitting them. Despite asking them to go around several times, they refused and walked through where all lands were being used repeatedly.   Hotel staff was notified and apologized by I was so irritated by the theft and other customers' disrespect that I decided to quit.   (All of this on mother's day)  honestly it felt like high class place with low class guests.

We had a great time.  It was nice and relaxing.  Great staff.
We will definitely go back.


Great place

We arrived with smooth sailing all the way to the pool. The lobby staff was excellent checking us in. Stopped in at the coffee shop on grounds. Upon placing  down our belongings the friendly bar service came right away with menus and even offered ice water. Pool was sparkling and so enjoyable. Kids loved the water slides so did the adults. Definitely coming back.

2nd year coming, upgrades to the chairs and pool were great. Worst part is having to leave

We were at the resort during stage coach, so it was busy which is what we expected. Everyone was nice though, and our little ones (7 and 4)  enjoyed the water slides immensely
