Worst service, old food with birds left by pool. No wait staff . Crowd looks lost, not your usual boca scene. 

Horrible 

The location, the pool, the bar the restaurant was very nice. However, they didntThe location, the pool, the bar the restaurant was very nice. However, they didnt have enough staff, drinks took a very long time. Probably the worst thing was that the bathrooms by the pool were outProbably the worst thing was at the bathrooms by the pool were out of water and then the bathrooms in the lobby were a mess. I went into two stalls. There were no toilet paper in either of them. Plus the garbage was overflowing and there was a paper towel all over the counter. I dontI went into two stalls. Additionally, when we arrived, we had to wait at the front desk as no one was there and when I tried to tell someone at the front desk that the bathrooms were an absolute mess, no one was by the front desk so I could not let them know how terrible the restrooms were 

Great location and nice hotel but..

Great location, however needed more help at the bar and the bathrooms were not clean and out of toilet paper in the stalls. 

Great Location 

We enjoyed a day pass for a birthday celebration and it was perfect.  The hotel pool, restaurant and restrooms are very clean and beautiful.  Staff were attentive.  Food and drinks were delicious.  The breeze and boats passing were very pleasant too.  We will be back! 

The perfect day 

This was a terrible experience. I paid $172 for a family of 4. Service was non existent, had to carry my own food to our seats from the bar, no one came around to pick up empty drinks or food. I had to sit all day with our lunch on my pool chair as well as several empty drinks that I walked to the bar to get. Would not go again. 

Not a good experience 

I was not greeted. This was the second time I used the app (the first I swore I never would again.) to my dismay, we didnt get a room we were promised and had to service (we were told no, there was no service.) they told us to go by the pool. That was it. 

Didnt check my guests

checked in at 12 room was a sauna. we called the receptionist to get another room bc the ac was broken and she said they're cleaning the ducts should be back soon. never was back on room was hotter than outside  basically paid $150 for a room but might as well have been outside. there was also 2 roaches half alive. spent another $200 on 2 meals and 4 drinks, wasn't great unfortunately. never mind spending $400 for access to a pool for 6 hours and mid tasting food. never expected such an experience from a hilton

My wife and I enjoy our day pass, we only wish there was a beach next to it 

Great service

The hotel facilities are nice. Valet parking was $10 which I gave in cash and you have to leave a $75 deposit for the day room plus a $16 resort fee. The drinks were delicious and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. My only annoyance was at checkout that they charged me again the $10 for valet parking. Supposedly they are going to return it to me. Today, when I look at my card, they still haven't returned it, just like the 75 dollars, I know it could take a few days. But my annoyance was to see that now they charged 25 dollars more to my card and for no reason. This situation generates distrust in me and I feel robbed. Definitely the hotel is fine but the misuse of my card has me very upset. I await my money back.

improper charges

We arrived at 10am but did not get up to the room until 10:20. At the front desk we were told it was $10 for parking even though we self parked, and did not valet. We used the room and went down to the pool for the day. At 3:30 we went back to the room to change and pack up as check out was a 4pm. As we approached there was a man entering our room. We told him check out wasnt until 4 and we still needed to pack up and change. He said the front desk had informed him to clean the room. So we dont get the room until after 10, and then were being rushed out before 4? Didnt like that one bit. I wont be back here.
