Waterline Villas & Marina 

Staff was great. Easy check-in. Free water, Wi-Fi, and parking. Bathrooms were clean. Property was clean. Free towel, although it had seen better days. No reserved pool chair as had been advertised. It was not serene as advertised.  Probably 15 kids in the pool.  The kids were fine. They were being kids. It just was not the experience that I had hoped it would be. Definitely family-friendly. Not really for adults looking for a peaceful daycation. Also, there were no umbrellas, except at tables, so it was difficult to find a shady spot near the pool. 

Not serene or tranquil

This is our second visit to the Villas to enjoy the pool! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice and being on a marina and the water with the ability to watch the boats is a bonus. The drinks were great and there is plenty of Lounges, tables and chairs in both Sun and shade. We will definitely be back next year! 

Beautiful Location

Waterline Villas was a perfect place to hang out while I waited to check in to our rental house. The provide luggage storage and have a nice setup at the pool. The pool was not crowded. The restaurant onsite didn't open until 2pm, but lunch was delicious when it did open! Everything was clean and the staff was also very nice.

Great Spot!

I will definitely keep coming back. The Marina was right on the property which gave it an island feel, Beautifully located. The restaurant, "The Chateau" was exquisite. Great food, Awsome people and service. Great Day getaway. 

A piece of Heaven 

Had a late flight and an early checkout elsewhere.   Great place to store your bags and relax poolside.  Top notch facility and lots to walk to nearby!  Free trolley has a stop at the property also.

Perfect place if you have a late flight

I booked this for the day because it was going to be a chilly day at the beach and I wanted to hang out. at a pool & get a nice lunch instead. It was a decent location and staff was very nice. However, I was very disappointed that the heater was broke for the pool so could not swim & the restaurant was not open at what time it indicated. The amenities when I booked it had indicated online HEATED pool and the restaurant opened at 11 am. There was no heated pool and the restaurant opened at 2 pm not 11 am as it had stated. My plan was to get there at 11 am, get in the pool and have a nice lunch but instead I had to leave and go get lunch elsewhere to eat and come back. I only ended up hanging out for about 3 hours. I was very disappointed about the amenities as those were the two main reasons that I booked it. I would just say call ahead and make sure in the future before you book it.

Nice location 

My friends were visiting from MA and we decided to do a day pass at Waterline. Checking in, Emmy was an amazing receptionist. Our time out at the pool was such a nice afternoon and lunch outside at The Chateau. That restaurant is so good. If you need some shaded area theres a great space with comfy chairs. Anyone interested in a nice, relaxing daycation experience this is the resort for you. 

Fantastic Day at Waterline

Clean, pretty & relaxing. I had a wonderful day by the pool. The Chteau has delicious food. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. 

Great Location

enjoyed this small venue..the ladies and I had a good r n r day. The restaurant and service is excellent..great opportunity to enjoy a day away, also with very clean lap pool to swin in 3' to 5', of salr water..highly recommend!

lovely daycation. recommend!!

Nice looking place. The pool is not huge, there were a lot of kids Jumping into the pool and splashing. There really should be some umbrella s by the lounge chairs. The chairs were a little uncomfortable to lay down on. The staff was super nice, they gave free towels and water. It could have been more relaxing without all the kids running around, screaming and splashing but I understand it's a hotel too. Drinks and food avail from The Chateau but they are a bit pricey.
