The Windsor Suites

My visit was nothing short of peaceful. The pool was clean. The views were great. Highly recommend. 

Very satisfied 

Sun blocked all day by buildings next to it (they should E mentioned that. 
There is no food and beverage service as described. You have to go get it yourself. And you cant get back in the building from restaurant without waiting for someone to come get you. Its not an infinity pool as described. Its a regular pool

No poolside service as described 

The employees are all wonderful, and the pool was clean, and not overcrowded. There are plenty of cosy corners and the furniture was clean and comfortable. Plenty of shade! 

Relaxing and chic 

The pool was pretty small and was full of kids most of the day. The sun is blocked by buildings for most of the day. There is absolutely nothing included except towels, bathroom access, and a fire pit. The views are nice, but not visible from the pool area. Overall not worth $100 at all. You're better off booking a room.

Not worth the price

Great pool & nice hotel! I got a friendly vibe from the people that were around. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. 

Be Back Next Summer

A lovely rooftop pool with ample seating options. There was lots of cozy large size towels available and easy access to close bathrooms. All was very clean. For a heated pool, was a bit chilly. 

Nice Pool 

Arrived at 10:30 am, and all 6 of the loungers  were occupied. Other seating available. Pool is fairly small, and no towels when we first arrived. After an hour or so, place cleared out and towels were refreshed. Just need to be patient.   Nice little area, but not sure its worth $50pp, no F&B / music.  Staff was very friendly. 

Limited seating 

Super low key vibes, no music allowed (kind of a bummer but not a dealbreaker) and you have to go downstairs to get food (again, slight bummer) but youll get your steps in. The view is sick, towels plentiful, bathroom is clean. Front desk staff are lovely.  Not hard to get a lounge chair, even on a weekend day! Highly recommend.

The ultimate chill

We booked this place because of the listed Drink Service and Food Service amenities. Unless you include having to travel 24 floors backs and forth between the restaurants yourself as service. As well as not having a hotel key and having to wait for the poor, overworked service staff to finish their work with guests to come and wave us into the elevator to be able to access the pool in the first place. It was not worth nearly $200 for my
partner and I to come. 

Poolside service?

A lovely time at the pool for the day. Not too crowded on a Monday but people came and went. We were able to order delivery (for a fee) from Con Murphys  after we had opened a tab at the bar. Tasty food and drinks. Overall a great day!
