I would give them a 5 Star just in customer service alone. We were treated and taken on a tour of the facility. The room service order to the spa was pretty timely and handled with ease. The spa area though was too loud for my liking. There was also small kids on the work out equipment which I dont think was safe. Nor the women drinking in the hot tub. Just my opinion could have more people watching what was going on so others could enjoy themselves and no one could get hurt.

Perfect day!

The pool was very nice, not crowded even though the hotel had multiple conferences and weddings happening. The poolside bar was well staffed but they never came to take orders and I ateD you had to go up to the bar to order.

Experience at the pool and bar area was great. Outside was nice and clean. Lots of chairs. 
ISpa area was so so, out dated and not very clean in certain areas where water can build up. I wouldnt purchase the spa again. We didnt time lunch too well because some of the restaurants close for a bit before they open again.

The resort is beautiful with a view of the golf course from the pool. My only Cons-were no outside bathroom for the pool. The Closest bathroom is inside downstairs and for womens room only one stall. There is another bathroom inside and you have to go past the lobby& steakhouse. Just plan time if you have little ones that might need to go in a hurry. Food and drinks were very good. I had the pomegranate chicken salad $22, a strawberry sangria $16 and a frozen margarita $18.

Went on a Thur and it' wasn't very busy. Amazing daycation! Great poolside service, and beautiful resort. Will be back again!
