I had such a great time here at The Virgin. From the customer service, the drinks and food, just the overall experience. I will definitely be back! 

An amazing time

Always a good time

We paid $100 and went early to secure a good seat. Every "daybed" in the sun was "reserved" and cost $100 more plus a $100 minimum spend. I didn't appreciate not being able to pick a seat in the sun. The pool is small. They were doing construction. Service was slow, bar was slow, management needs to improve. We did appreciate Sam and the turkey club. 

Resort Pass

When there is literally no where to sit/lie back and sun or put your things anywhere around the pool..   it isnt worth it.   

Not worth the money..

Great Vibe

I came here for a friends birthday party and had a cabana and the service was great! The food and drink menu is a little pricey, but overall everything was enjoyed by our group. The pool area is kind of small, but we still had a good time

Great location 

What a perfect daycation at Virgin! The pool didnt open until 10am so that gave me a chance to grab coffee and look around the hotel. Cheers to the funny library coffee shop, loved the design. The pool area was super nice, however I was disappointed slightly with the view, Im thinking its better at night! The pool was perfect temperature, but around 2pm it became a lil busy. Met a few nice ppl, and one lady was nice enough to take more than a few pics of me in the pool, which was nice! I had asked a guy working there, and he passed by as if nothing was asked, just rude and Im sure made the day awkward for him, but I still had my good energy and vibe. He stayed focused on a couple and their every need and it was cool and my first ugly experience since using Resort Pass. Overall, a great day and I will be back!
