We had a fabulous day. All of the staff was attentive and super friendly.

The checkin was smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ocean view was beautiful. It was very relaxing. I will definitely come back in the near future.

Nothing amazing, they charge extra for seats in the beach and they closed my account without notify me and extra charged me. 

Normal Day Pass 

My husband and I desperately needed somewhere to relax post cruise and pre late flight and the Ritz did NOT disappoint! The staff was amazing, the pool area was pristine, and the views of the ocean were gorgeous. We would definitely "daycation" here again!

Perfect Way to End Vacation!

Beautiful hotel and amenities. We didn't use the beach access because the waves were very choppy - but the beach view is incredible. Excellent server. Fruit and champagne were a nice touch. Would return! 

Fantastic Daybed Experience 

We arrived early the morning after our cruise and the staff couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. The facility was beautiful and clean!

Great location and great staff 

We had the best day at the Ritz Carlton Ft. Lauderdale! The service was impeccable and the ammenities were very nice! We came off a cruise ship and had a later flight. It was the ending to a great vacation! Highly recommend 

Best day!

We had a great day at the cabana. Everyone was friendly and there was no differentiation between hotel guests and us. Bellman was helpful in storing luggage upon arrival. We headed up to the pool and were immediately escorted to our cabana. Yes, the cabana faces the ocean and it is not right next to the pool, but we liked the quiet area of the cabana. Our server, Trevor, was amazing and 100% attentive. Yes, the additional service fee is steep, so be aware of that. Also if you are going to the beach, know that you do need to get a ride back up the elevator with someone with a key but we had no problem. My kids loved the beach and pool and I just chilled at the cabana and in the chairs set up next to it in the sun. The fruit platter was great and we were able to use the showers and change before our flight. All in all very satisfied with the experience. 

Great day

We had the best time and would come back in a second to spend the day here. The cabana was set back so there wasnt anyone walking by. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The best part was the service from Veronika. She was so personable and friendly and I felt like the second i ordered something, she was back within minutes with it. She was outstanding! JC was helping out also and he was so friendly and wonderful as well. Great day and we will be back. 

Amazing day

Treated like second class citizens when we told them we had a day pass. Will never do that again!  Highly recommend others don't subject themselves.
