Second time we used Resort Pass for a pool day at the beach.  The location of the property is perfect.  Right on the beach and near all the cute shops and restaurants.

Great location

The process of purchasing passes and utilizing the passes was quick and easy. Resort check-in was simple and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility itself was well kept and inviting. A cool breeze and uninterrupted rays of sun, mixed with a poolside bar and outdoor lounge areas with gas fire pits made for great ambiance. We arrived early and were able to score two of the 18 or so lounge chairs around the pool. Glad we did, because it became insanely busy shortly after and people were scrounging for places to store their stuff. Staff rarely came through the pool area, which allowed for, at one point, 20 people in the 6 person spa, as well as kids throwing stuff into and jumping into the spa. This was mostly due to the pool not being quite warm enough to be enjoyable. We still had fun, its a great option for us as locals who cant fathom spending the money to pay for a room we dont need. A  little pricey, however, for what it is. 

Great location, underwhelming pool

The pool and jacuzzi were great and the location is ideal. Could have been improved if the pool bar was open during the posted hours, and there was more supervision of children who were throwing buckets of water and jumping on boogey boards into the pool. Wish there was more seating, as one family left their belongings on 8 chairs for the majority of the day despite leaving the pool for the beach. Would do this again on a weekday or off season!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It is a beautiful property. This time we were staying nearby and bought the gym pass to use the Peloton bikes. Unfortunately both bikes were in need of repair. One had a broken handle so the seat could not be adjusted. The other one had an issue with raising and lowering the handlebars. We made it work and let the front desk know.

This resort pass was wonderful!! I came with my 4 year old and husband and it was perfect! Towels at the pool to use, bar window to order drinks and food. The perfect staycation day for my family!! 

Resort Pass

I went with two other girlfriends and the three of us paid the resort fee which included poolside service and bar but it took a long time to find anyone to help us. After several attempts someone finally came over to take our lunch order but it seemed that they also had another event they they were attending to. And they didnt have the time for us. Probably shouldn't charge a resort fee if you are not going to include the amenities that are mentioned. 

Limited staff

Great staff from the parking Valet guys to the front desk to the bar tender.  Everyone was so helpful, pleasant and made me feel welcomed.  I spent only 2 hours here to swim and enjoy a drink and it felt like I was here 6 hours, that's how relaxing it was.  I would come here again the next time I'm in town.  Thank you all for the most restful and enjoyable time.

Price for our daycation is the max we'd pay in the future. If the pass goes up we'd probably wouldn't do it.

Enjoyed our daycation 

The pool and location were lovely, but we picked that location over another location because this resort had a pool bar and pool service listed. The bar did not open until 4pm and there was no one was attending the pool for service, drinks, or good orders. We had to go into the restaurant and ask for a server to take our lunch order. That was very disappointing as we were looking forward to those services for our birthday celebration.
