Beautiful pool

Relaxing getaway for just the day!  It’s been so hot and it just seemed like a great idea, and we were very pleased with the hotel amenities, the kindness of all the staff - especially Stephanie at the front desk- made us feel so welcomed!  We enjoyed a bottle of champagne, dipped into a cool pool and did some reading, a perfect SATURDAY afternoon in late summer! 

Great daycation!

The site stated poolside service and this was not the case, there weren’t servers at the adult pool and were then told there would be someone, still didn’t have any one come to help us. Drinks and food took very long to arrive.  

Disappointed 

Beautiful weather, good food, nice (but small) pool; drunk guests spoiled the experience for us

Loved the vibes at the adult pool. Loved the music flowing.  The only downside was the front desk charge a $50 incidental hold. I was told the $50 can go towards any purchase of food or drinks. I bought coffee and drinks and both times the clerks in the coffee shop and the waiter were unaware of the $50 I was told I could use. No one knew what I was talking about when I asked to use the $50 towards food or drinks like I was told at front desk. It wasn’t true, they do in fact hold a $50 deposit for incidentals which was not cool.

What an awesome experience we had at the Radisson BLU Hotel today! From the front door, check an experience to the service around the pool, all-around excellent customer service. The pool
Itself  was bright blue, crystal clear water, super clean! The whole experience was easy and accessible.

We stayed at the hotel ana loved it. The staff is super friendly and kid friendly. Or if you want a break from your kids they have rooftop bar pool and jacuzzi for adults only. Our family had an amazing weekend getaway and the cabana was the cherry on top. Next time will purchase cabana straight from the hotel since it’s cheaper. 

Love radisson Blu!

The staff is really amazing here. The pool is a bit small and sometimes you may not get a chair. We would go back when it isn't 100 for an adult and not on a holiday. We did have fun and my kiddo loved it.
