Came here to visit friends staying at the hotel and they had lower price parking with the resort pass,great pool for kids and adults.I loved the service and everyone were friendly!

Great place to visit for a day with a child!

We booked a beachside cabana because we were traveling with my 11 month old son and my elderly father. So A/C and space with comfort was necessary. The room was good, lots of nice seating, a fridge, some sodas, waters and fresh fruit were included. The shower did not have hot water, the bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was full of sand. The elevator to get down to the cabana was broken so we had lug a stroller up and down the stairs but our bags. Definitely an inconvenience. The beachside restaurant was really nice and the the staff was so welcoming and friendly. But the restaurant ended up closing early so we didnt have access to purchase food or drinks later in the afternoon. My husband had a couple of virtual meetings and the WiFi signal was not good in our cabana he had to go to the lobby to use the WiFi. We loved the beach, the wading pool was wonderful for small children, the pool waterfall was not working. Id only come back if the resort is rennovated.

Beautiful location but hotel needs updating 

I really liked that when we got to the beach, the employees prepared the chairs and umbrellas for us. Without worrying about "first come, first served." Excellent service!

The pool area and pool were very dirty. People were eating food IN the pool. There were no chairs left on the beach to use. Do not recommend this place.

I I had a daypass for three people and it came up inconveniently at the last minute and I asked them via email to change the day so as not to lose the money and the next day my request was flatly rejected and I lost my money, it doesn't seem like a good service policy to me and Customer service should be a little more empathetic and take into account the current economy, we are hard-working people who with effort try to have a day of recreation and rest in their facilities and sometimes things happen that are out of our control, I think they should be more considerate about it

The food was subpar and the beach cabana we had was shockingly outdated. Decent drinks though and the employees here were all friendly and helpful!
