Kaliko was walking around making sure all the guests in the pool area were happy and checked a couple times to make sure we had enough water. The waitress from Tiki Bar taking orders was nice and gracious. All the cabanas had shade when I was there from 10AM-2PM. The "far one" you can still watch your kids because its a modest and clean space. It's the not the fanciest but you get that Hawaii weather with the mess of cleaning up the sand. Easy to park, check in is on the 3rd floor. Would def do this staycation again!

Water in the pool was warm, kids had a great time

Received horrible customer service at every turn. This place is very disorganized and the employees are not helpful, partially because they are not listening. Poor organization and service that started with valet. They only do valet parking. Pool location poor as the sun is hidden behind neighboring hotels that cast a shadow over the pool area all day. The receptionist that checked us in barely acknowledged me and then low and behold they gave our cabana reservation to another family and then when told that that was indeed not my family. They gave us the option to choose from any open cabana left. Of the remaining cabanas, one was occupied by random hotel guest. No one enforced plicy and let them stay. After we chose our cabana, that was it. No explanation of where restrooms or changing rooms are or where all the other amenities are, that us supposedly included in the reservation. Food is from tikis bar which doesnt open until 11a. Pool is small, cabanas are uncomfortable. Just dont go

The hotel itself lots of trendy surf styled decor and was fairly empty. The cabana was styled well, comfy, and near to the pool.. The bar next to the pool, Tikis, will deliver your $18 cocktail and $20 appetizer to your cabana. You cannot leave a tan open and must present your card with each purchase. Wasnt
  exactly the relaxing pool day we were expecting. However, The server was very sweet.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cabana was nice and a good price right across from Waikiki Beach.

Relaxing Day!

Good location, good service. Pool was a little cold and does not have a hot tub, but for the price it was nothing to complain about. Beach is right across the street as well!
