Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans

I booked this pass moments beforehand as my own hotel pool was indefinitely closed. Had no issues checking in even with the extremely short notice! The pool and chairs were clean and there were towels and a full bar available. There was shade if you needed it, and the environment welcomed chatting with others. Staff was friendly. Concrete got really hot so don't expect to walk around barefoot much during hot summer days! Would recommend!

Great Backup Plan!

Booking was easy.  Check-in was easy. The person at the front desk was very kind. There was a DJ. That was fun. The poolside bar and the menu made our afternoon a complete vacation.

This is our new favorite daycation. Low crowd, plenty of freedom to play and splash and laugh without worrying who's within splashing distance. Staff is lovely. 

Great for kiddos

The pool was nice for a hot day.  However, there was no bar service.  

So so

This was a great little spot to spend the day. Not too crowded, plenty of shady spots, and the pool was perfect. There are no frills, but the basics without the crowd are way better than frills anyway. My kiddo and I had a wonderful time.

Awesome Day!

I was looking for some pool time for me and my daughter because my hotel didn't have a nice pool at all. Found the Hyatt Centric offered pool day pass and it was right on time for this NOLA hot summer day! Only gave 4/5 stars since the bar wasn't open.

Location of the hotel was perfect! French Quarter Perfect!!! Staff very pleasant! Hotel very clean! Kid friendly too!!

Great Location!!!

Nearly a 5 star experience. Pool was clean and although I prefer deeper, it was perfect at the same time. Nice seating area and very private. Felt very comfortable and enjoyed the day to much. The only things that would have made it a 5 star was pool bar being open, and my key card not breaking during my time.
