I understand that weather cannot be helped but we came during a flash flood. Luckily, The Standard was incredibly understanding and let us use the spa/pool for the next day, whereas Resortpass refused to move our reservation or give us any refund. 

THE STANDARD WAS GREAT, RESORTPASS WAS NOT

The pool was amazing. A lot of beautiful place. Great service definitely coming back.

nice and large day bed for a group of 4. comfortable cushioning and lots of space. great vibes at the standard. yes, we had to spend an additional $400 on top of the resort pass fee as a food and beverage minimum - food was OK, but you're there more so for the atmosphere. would book a cabana again for a group!

The service at the pool is exceptional.  It does get very busy in the afternoon so show up early if you want a good seat or really a seat at all ! We rented a cabana and its not cheap but worth it for the room and service you receive.

Great location 

This was awesome, loved the option of paying a day rate for a great hotel, spa, food & pool. Staff was fantastic, service was wonderful, but after making the reservation, in small print was... we had to spend $400 dollars after spending $500+ for the day rental of the Cabana. NOT COOL. That feee was ridiculous and too high, after such a high cost for the cabana. Won't do that ever again. 

AWESOME, but beware of hidden spending requirement

Perfect day

We were a party of 6 women, 5 of us had massages scheduled at various times at the facilty so we decided to use rent a Cabana which could only be done via Resortpass. Despite having paid for the massages and lunch at the pool's restaurant, the cabana server gave us a hard time because we were 6 instead of 4, although no more than 4 were ever together at the cabana since we had our massages scheduled throught the day. She also kept emphasizing that we had to spend an additional $400 with her in food and drinks besides the $400 already paid to reserve the cabana. It was incredibly annoying, particularly considering how much money we had already spent atThe Standard. 

Overrrated and overpriced

We live in Miami and love getting rooms at the hotel for staycations--but the cabana is a great option for a fun group activity! Craig our server was great. Only downside was that rain chased us out earlier than we had hoped! Regardless, I would highly recommend.
