The service was impeccable, good food and drinks, and the pool was very nice and clean. A lot of couches but not many longe chairs. The cabanas pictured are not as nice or like what was pictured. Regardless, it was a nice visit.

Great pool

Day of the hours were all of a sudden changed from 12-5 to 2-10. I was not notified of the change and went right to the hotel from the airport as I could not check into my Airbnb yet. We were left scrambling and was unable to get ahold of anyone from resort pass. Likely not the hotels fault

Perfect! 

It was definitely a light day which was a plus for me. Very quiet, calm and relaxing. Food and drinks were soooo good! No complaints at all.

FRIYAY 

Reserved a cabana that was a $150 minimum spend for my sisters bachelorette party. Everything was going great at first. After the 2nd round of drinks and 1st round of food our waitress with blonde hair seemed to be non existent. She checked on us maybe once every hour. 2/3rds of everything we ordered after that we had to go find her up at the bar to order our drinks. After drinks, food and some shots which everyone did one shot together and 3 of us did an extra 2 shots each on the side. My sister and her friend went up to the bar to order one last round before we left. Which the friend she went up to the bar with had drank a high noon and two shots. This friend also has a very heavy natural lisp and is socially awkward in general and is on the spectrum. They singled her out completely out of no where after not a single person had caused a disruption or disturbance in our group. Idk if they were trying to clear the cabana for the band stuff that was about to start or what. 

WTR Pool Staff Problematic

We had a great time. Music food and drinks. Able to relax in the cabana. 

Super Fun

PLEASE do not book here!! Cabana and pool were beyond filthy! Menus in pool, belt buckle in pool, six plastic cups in pool. The cabana area looked as if it had never been cleaned, like EVER! TV is gone from cabana, furniture in cabana is so stained we wouldn't sit on it without covering it up. There was glass in the cabana area as well. Service was good, but everything else about this booking was so filthy it bordered on dangerous. Resort Pass needs to eliminate this pool as an option. The images on Resort Pass did not represent the actual experience.
