Our cabana experience was great - we booked through ResortPass, showed up to the hotel and everything was in the system. They put our two cabanas next to each other and provided everything outlined in the details. Our server Tess was so kind, checking in and working with us on splitting checks. Similar to other reviews, and not on Tess at all, you do have to wait a little sometimes for service since the server covers the whole pool area. If you plan to stay the whole day you will definitely meet your minimum, but obviously when it gets busier in the afternoon, there'll be more of a wait. Overall, the pool was nice, definitely family friendly, even though the DJ starts up at ~1 behind the pool. And theres direct access to the beach. Best of both worlds. Our only flag is the food is subpar - the nachos, tacos, dessert donuts - all just not great, chewy, not flavorful. The drinks were great though! 

Nice set up, right on the ocean

The pool experience in the cabana was great. Definitely needed it on a hot day. The service and food were lacking. For more than 45 minutes they couldn't find napkins and our server didn't seem to want to be bothered by anything extra. Maybe they were short staffed. 

Would definitely go back and great spot. 

Girls Day

We rented a canopy on the beach.  We had a great time. Brooke was our waitress and she's amazing. The canopy was great and worth the money. Spent the whole day there and didn't want to leave. The bummer was we spent over $200 on the spot but people just kept showing up on the empty spaces around us and we're staying there for free. No one told the squatters to leave. I probably should have saved my money since I was clearly the sucker who actually paid to sit there. 
The hotel was great but the rooms were REALLY run down. Bring shower shoes.  The floors are also pretty gross. Don't walk barefoot. You'll get splinters and who knows what else. 

Need a bouncer

We booked the VIP beach cabana. We get checked in, go to the hut, they tell us which cabana to go to and that was it. We had drinks included, towels etc and so we asked and he tells us she will come around within 30 mins. Mind you it says you can get there as early as 9. Turns out tho, they wont start serving drinks til 11 and no food til 12. The drinks took almost 45 mins to come out, which it was supposed  to be a carafe of mimosas and it was only half full which only made about 3 drinks. no towels, just an overall terrible experience for spending 350 dollars. Would not waste your time. We ended up Ubering somewhere else so we could actually eat and be served. 

Terrible communication and service 

Paid over $100 after fees to visit my friends who were staying at PCI. This didnt include parking fees, that was another $45. 

The hotel lobby smelled like a bathroom, oddly enough the lobby bathroom smelled better than the lobby. The pool was filthy, found curly hairs floating everywhere and even found a toe nail.. 

Pool bathrooms were repulsive, probably because theyre accessible to the general public. 

We visited my friends room briefly to use her bathroom and the room was dated and gross. 

Old Crusty Pool is WAY overpriced

Checked in at the front desk and only received a wrist band. Walked to the beach stand only to be told that to get a towel see the pool attendant (there isnt one). Pool station required hotel key (obviously didnt have one). Took multiple staff members to just get a towel. Asked beach attendant for food and drink service twice - no one ever came. Ended up eating at the bar. Basic cabana, zero service, no one seemed happy working there - probably wont do another day pass here. 

Basic And Zero Service

It's a nice beach spot. The beach crew that sets up chairs etc. was working and I had no issues with getting everything we needed set up. However, if I realized how much of a party spot it is for young crowd I would have probably not booked. The beach was packed, lots of loud drunk kids, so definitely not a place for a family friendly beach day. However, the service was decent, and all the amenities of the hotel were fine. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a loud music, beach party type scene. If you are looking for a more peaceful beach experience, or a family friendly atmosphere, this is not the right spot. 

Great location and beach, but it's a party spot 

We had a wonderful time at Post Card Inn using the resort pass. Check in was a breeze and super helpful. The pool attendant got us all set up in our reserved area. The staff was super great with getting drinks and food and were always friendly. The vibe at the pool was super low key, perfect if you're bringing your family. We'll definitely use this again.

Birth-yay!

I booked a cabana for 8 people for the day. When we arrived we were told that we only had four. That issue was resolved with further looking into my reservation on their end. I had to talk to multiple people to figure out where to go to get seated in our cabana. The staff told me multiple different things and were confused as to where I should go. Finally someone told us that we would have to wait 15 minutes for them to get the cabana set up. We arrived at 12:00pm and the reservation said we could get there as early as 10:00am so I had assumed it would be ready. After waiting 30 minutes I went to the cabana and asked a staff member if we could sit and get served. When speaking with the server, she seemed unaware of what our booking included and we were told conflicting statements regarding minimum purchases. Additionally the seating which we were told would accommodate up to 11 people consisted of one couch and we were told we could not have more chairs.
