The pool lacked covered spaces for rainy days and the furniture was packed up the day of our reservation. We ended up being unable to use the pool pass at all, and customer support was not helpful in our situation as we still have not heard back after a week.

Unusable in winter

Found this property to be completely unusable on my visit. The pool is unheated, the furniture surrounding it is beautiful but the cushions are wet inside so you will soak your clothes if you try to sit anywhere. It didn't even deliver on the promise of being a place I could relax as every single cushion surrounding the pool had obviously been left out in the rain. They should delist this property in the winter, as unless you're into the ice bathing fad, there is no reason to come here.

Unheated Pool, Wet Furniture

I had a great time here. I relaxed by the pool and then had great food at the restaurant. The staff made me feel welcomed!

Very Hospitable Staff!  

Got a pass here for a Thursday. Smooth checkin process at the front desk. Had the pool to myself towards the end of the day. If you enjoy a pool that doesnt have music blasting on the speakers and a bunch of people partying and being loud, this is the pool for you during the week. Theres an outdoor shower but the water was HOT and no temperature control. Same with the water fountain outside. Would go back.

Great way to spend a day!

Loved the resort. Staff was great and property was clean. Weekend rate for a day pass was very high to not include anything other than access to the pool. Make a plan to stay as a guest instead to get your moneys worth 

Book a room instead

Its beautiful place for one day pool stay! Everyone was so friendly! 

Great time 

I was in town visiting my mom for Mothers Day and we decided to spend my last day in town relaxing by the pool and I thought that the experience was just what we were looking for. It was a clean space, nice ambiance and located right next to the Pepper Club, if we needed any food or drink it was quite convenient.  

Great location and quite relaxing 

Nice boutique hotel. My husband surprised me with what I thought was going to be a very special day. Everything I saw online looked magical! We checked in on a Monday because we wanted a more intimate pool experience. I was looking forward to a "flower filled grotto" pool (mostly fake discolored flowers and trees" the pool is beautiful but, filled with dead grasshoppers and bugs. We cleaned the pool and patiently waited for pool service......30 minutes later we had to go into the main restaurant (in our pool attire) The hostess told us there is no pool service but, we can order and take it to the pool. We enjoyed the pool and decided to go into The Pepper Club to eat. I ordered a 35$ sushi roll and was told they did not have any 23k gold flakes (pretty sure that was why it was 35$ I ordered the bottomless mimosas, was told if I want the rainbow mimosas, it would be 8$ more, the website shows each mimosa with garnishment (mine came with none) great food, bad experience. Disappointed 

Unique but disappointing 

I spent my 12 hour flight delay here. Its not a casino nor are there any casinos near by. Drinks were tasty and pool was great. 

Much better than sitting at airport
