Lackluster service at the bar.  They didn't even know the hot tub had been drained.  Lobby is nice and the pool is large and was a comfortable temperature.  The quality of the cheese burger was very good. I would look elsewhere, such as the Sahara which had no charge and better service / hot tub / big screens and a motivated staff.  You will be disappointed in the pool bar area with the staff.  I do like that it is on the tramway.

Mediocre

Used the pool with cabana for the day- beautiful, like another world. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Especially Irene, she was amazing- made the day perfect!

Perfect day

We rented a cabana to kill about 6 hours before a late flight. Outstanding idea and accommodations. Felt like a dream! 

Great way to relax 

Pros: 1) Irene our host.  She suggested the right drinks and snacks/meals. Constant relaxed, fun-loving energy. 2) Freshly picked/sliced fruit, well-made meals and drinks 3) Well-maintained pool 4) Ample linens 5) Clean facilities 6) Plenty of power outlets at the cabana to handle work while enjoying the atmosphere. 
Cons: 1) Spa was closed 2) no shade/curtains on the cabana (we know the back story)

Not all that 

Staff didn't even know what a day pass is!!!
So when they approached me, it was rude.  Most of the staff needed a bath or freshen up sorry but true. It doesn't look good if you have staff smelling and looking in groomed.  Omg. Please help bring the awareness up in such a beautiful building.  Food and drink price is terrible for cheap products too. If it was really good it wont be so bad. 

Needs work

The service was good, but the pool was closed two times for at least 1 hour each one. I left my car for the Valet service and was parked In the sun when the offer a better parking.

Bad experience

If you enjoy lots of open space and not being bothered by people, if you enjoy music at the pool that's not to loud, and if you're good with kids around then this is a good place. The place could easily accommodate a few hundred people it feels like but there were about 50-60 at most by the afternoon on Wed. And it still felt like so little because of how large the pool is and the layout of the grounds. SO MUCH seating and they have a patio style dining area if you do choose to get food or drinks. Good pool for a very relaxed, chill time. **Not a good pool if you're looking for more of a pool party vibe, not as many people looking to socialize that way.** Sahara's Azillo Ultra Pool around the corner is what you want for that. Open to all over 21, and free. No hotel needed. Ty

Easygoing, good food, clean pool. 

Free parking is an excellent convenience available at this property. I found the food and drink quite nice. I chose to purchase a day-pass to the resort spa facilities, which was only $20. It was a great way to refresh after the day at the pool. 

Convenience Matters

The staff was super friendly and attentive the pool was smaller then we thought amd was cloudy.
