The spa and gym was so nice, clean and quiet. Front end person was helpful. I will return.

Wonderful staycation

2nd time at this property. Nice changing area, food was good (albeit slow service), quite. 

Low-Key Pool 

Was a bit extravagant and desperate, but with a long Saturday to kill in Vegas after ending our RV trip in the morning and flying home late in the evening, i searched for day passes and cabanas. This looked like a good option. It was. We got our own enclosed, shaded area near the pool, with fan, seats, table, loungers, fridge and great service. meant we could have all our suitcases & backpacks to hand, do some repacking ahead of the flight, have a chilled lunch and drinks, without having to touch the streets of Vegas - result! And an occasional swim which helped to cool off. Partner found it quite warm as not a water/pool fan, but survived. We evacuated at 5pm and used the very quiet business area to cool off for an hour before heading to the airport. The only cabana available was for 6 people, hence extravagant - but made the last day much more enjoyable and relaxed.

Awesome Staff

Pool was not heated (freezing). The pool bar was not open, so you had to go inside to get drinks/food. The rooftop is actually the 2nd floor. You have to wait in line at check-in to get a key for the elevator/spa area.

Not worth the $$ off-season

We did a resort pass before an evening flight to pass the time. Spa area was small but well appointed and staff were very nice. The spa wasn't crowded and the sauna was nice and hot. Overall, relaxing and reasonably priced. 

The pool area wasn't that impressive, so if that's your main reason for going, you'll probably be disappointed. The pool is small and the pool area around it is also quite small. We didn't spend much time there. 

Nice spa, small pool 

I have used ResortPass to access pools at a number of properties in Las Vegas over the past few months. The Westin provided the best experience, by far. If you're looking for a massive pool, move on. Otherwise, The Westin pool was clean and temperature-appropriate. Cocktails and light entrees are available from the pool bar. Ample sun-shaded seating is available poolside. Validated parking and spa access are both included in the fee. I experienced nothing but excellent customer service during my visit.
