Awesome Staff

Pool was not heated (freezing). The pool bar was not open, so you had to go inside to get drinks/food. The rooftop is actually the 2nd floor. You have to wait in line at check-in to get a key for the elevator/spa area.

Not worth the $$ off-season

We did a resort pass before an evening flight to pass the time. Spa area was small but well appointed and staff were very nice. The spa wasn't crowded and the sauna was nice and hot. Overall, relaxing and reasonably priced. 

The pool area wasn't that impressive, so if that's your main reason for going, you'll probably be disappointed. The pool is small and the pool area around it is also quite small. We didn't spend much time there. 

Nice spa, small pool 

I have used ResortPass to access pools at a number of properties in Las Vegas over the past few months. The Westin provided the best experience, by far. If you're looking for a massive pool, move on. Otherwise, The Westin pool was clean and temperature-appropriate. Cocktails and light entrees are available from the pool bar. Ample sun-shaded seating is available poolside. Validated parking and spa access are both included in the fee. I experienced nothing but excellent customer service during my visit. 

In a word: Best

Not only do you have access to the pool, but the check in is AT the spa, where you receive a complimentary reusable water bottle already filled w/premium chilled water. You can use a spa locker w/key, and steam/sauna rooms and showers at the spa. You are given an access key card to the rooftop pool which has a nice cool temperature pool for the heat of Vegas. And there is a bar at the rooftop pool which is a great amenity as well.

Great amenities and location!

My friends and I really enjoyed our experience. It was just enough space in the cabana and in the general pool area. We enjoyed the amenities afforded to us in the cabana and the spa, especially the two delicious plates of fresh fruit. The pool attendant did an excellent job despite managing the area alone. Very nice. Would definitely return!

Relaxing Experience

I had an extended layover in Vegas and decided to utilize a day pass to kill time. Upon arrival the staff at the front desk was not very familiar with the ResortPass process and sent me to the Spa which handles all things ResortPass related. The staff gave me a key to locker to store my things and told me the amenities I have access to. I was escorted (badged into the restricted area) to the pool after changing but never told I needed to report back to the spa before a specific time to retrieve my things. I went to the main desk to let them know my items were inside the spa lockers. Security and the hotel manager went to retrieve my things. I was suppose to have access to the spa showers and was anticipating to shower before catching my plane but the manager (Vanessa Valdez) neglected to aid in any resolve caused by her staffs ineffective communication.

Pool is cool; Staff communication is poor

This was my first time using Resort Pass, and it went well. The Westin staff were all kind. A delayed arrival for my layover made is so I didn't get in until 4:30 PM instead of the 2 PM I was supposed to on my visit on a Sunday in July. Unfortunately the spa was closing soon so I couldn't make use their lockers or showers, and the poolside bar was already closed, so I went downstairs to eat a meal and get a drink first which would have been nicer poolside. Still, it was a nice, comfortable visit with plenty of chairs and towels. Even though it was 102* it didn't feel too miserable. There were shaded seats but I didn't end up needing one. I'd go back if I was arriving earlier, but if it was later in the day I might opt out.
