Food and service was fabulous w four course cooked to order lunch at Oceania. 

Only two other people at beach. And lots of pool chairs/loungers available on beach and next to pool.

Had to wait an hour until towels were available.

I think the Hyatt here in Cozumel, Secrets, does not understand how to interact w Resort Pass to make it a feasible option to charge people unfortunately. I paid 150.00 plus fees to get a premium wrist band, and all they had were one type of wrist band which said partial day pass and they said they would call Oceania to let them know I could be served there. How efficient or welcoming is that?

And to have people stand in line behind guests waiting to check in with only one person at desk, and then have to prove by sending Resort Pass email to them showing I had paid. My spanish is not good, I was happy to have my daughter available by telephone to translate. 

They didnt want to give me Wifi access. I finally returned to desk an hour later to get it.

Quiet, and delightful! 

Great location and Service. 

Had some issues getting in at the gate but really enjoyed the property once admitted in. 

Great Day Pass

Should have listened to the reviews that stated there was hardly any chairs with umbrellas and one place to get food.    Extremely over priced for what you get.   Guy at the gate didn't know what a day pass was.  Lady at check in had us email her the reservations so this app is pointless.  It took us probably an hour or more to get through gate and through front desk check in. We had to leave our passport/drivers license plus we had to turn the paper arm band back in to get our passports/license back.  The hammocks were falling apart all two of them.   The shower upon exit did work either.   The only friendly person was our waiter at the 3 tables available at the ONE restaurant we were allowed to eat at.  All the others didnt open until we had to be back on the boat.     Friday May 3. 2024 was our day.   

Not for cruising people - will not be back 

Love ResortPass the options and ease of using the App--especially with a last minute change.  I had to message Customer Service and we had resolve within 30 minutes.  Will definitely use RP again.  The Resort itself was just average. Unfortunately I do not believe it to be a 5-star property but I do believe it is one of the "better" options in Cozumel.  The resort is located on one of the best strips of the beach and it is absolutely beautiful (amazing snorkeling) but that is about it for highlights. Nice, quiet pool area.  Staff was friendly & accommodating. There were many parts of the resort that needed attention (and we only saw a small part of the entire resort) and the food at the little picnic tables was sub-par.  Was hoping this experience would be a bit better considering we traveled 20 minutes to and from the Cruise port but it was just average.

Beautiful beach setting

We paid over $500 for day passes to Secrets Aura Cozumel. No one greeted us upon arrival to the property. We found our way to a man who was clearly inconvenienced by our arrival as he was stapling papers or something. No one gave us a map of the property indicating where we could eat, drink, use the pools, access to beach, etc. We literally had no what was available. The condition of the pools and restrooms is poor. It is time for a renovation in some areas. We were extremely disappointed by the poor service we received. Definitely will not return and should have listened to the many who said to go to Mr. Sanchos Resort instead. 

Bad Service

My 3 friends and I bought a resort pass for Secrets Aura Cozumel and were very disappointed with the service, food and the pool. For paying $120 per resort pass - which was more than most if not all of the other available resort passes - we should've have received access to a pool that wasn't directly connected to the main registration lobby. The pool was incredible small, towels weren't available until an hour after we had arrived and the food was disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. 

Disappointed 

Safe property with gorgeous beach and clean pools.  Very difficult time checking in with front desk and wasted 30 days.   They were out of clean towels and the only loungers had ants around them.  After tipping a manager we finally got better treatment.

Pretty Beach&Pool, beware they ignore ResortPass

We booked this day pass as an excursion from a cruise. We knew going in that this Secret was not as luxurious as others, but it had everything we were looking for in terms of adults only, resort style, beach access, and all inclusive.

When we arrived to the gate it took about 10 minutes for them to confirm our day pass and let us in, then another 10 minutes at the desk to confirm and check us in. 

We had access to the beach front pool as well as the back quieter pool, a hot tub, Marketplace (buffet) and Barefoot Grill (poolside grill). We sat by the pool and a waiter came by taking drink and food orders from Barefoot Grill, so thats what we ended up eating for lunch. Food and drinks were great!

The pool was large but pretty cold. Beach was beautiful and we saw lots of people snorkeling right off shore.

We also booked the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa ahead of time. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, water massagers, and hot tub. Amazing!

Overall a fantastic day!

The staff were all very friendly especially Luis who helped me book my spa appointment. He was so friendly and showed me where to go.
