All-Inclusive Preferred Club Day Pass

When we checked in, the front desk acted like we didn’t have a reservation nor that it had been paid, which was $300. It included all food & beverages. After having to take screen shots of my confirmed paid reservation, they said. Okay, but they needed to keep our passports while we were on property. I said, no way. My passport does not leave my body while in a foreign country. When I told them I was also a Globalist with Hyatt and I would call them to tell them about this, they gave it back to me and let me proceed with our day stay. The food was average. Not at all what I would expect of a Hyatt property. Again, I am a Globalist with Hyatt and have stayed at many of their properties over 12 years. This property is under construction and other patrons said there was loud construction noises all day so they couldn’t take a nap. Glad I tried out this property via ResortPass before booking a trip here. Not the best resort, in my honest opinion.

All-Inclusive Preferred Club Day Pass

Beautiful, great food and even better service, especially from our beach butler Salvador Only 15 minute ride from our cruise this was a wonderful way to spend our day in Cozumel Do bring water shoes as there are rocks due to the proximity of a coral reef

All-Inclusive Day Pass

Lovely quiet/not packed adult only resort. Some wear and tear showing at the place though. Nice workers. Food was okay. Loved they didn’t make day pass users were wristbands, so we weren’t treated any differently than other guests. Check in was a little weird though with my providing the booking number as not being enough, and instead and to get into my ResortPass app and email them prof I’d already paid for the day pass.

All-Inclusive Preferred Club Day Pass

We paid extra for “preferred”service at Secrets Aura and there was not a thing preferred about it. The hotel didn’t care about us as guests at all. While checking us in the agent stopped serving us TWICE to serve guests registered at the resort. There were no wristbands nor any other way of identifying preferred guests at the resort, and no staff ensuring that only those who paid for the elevated areas were in them. No one escorted us nor even pointed us in the right direction for the preferred pool. By the time we found it on our own there were no loungers available and no staff that cared to assist us; they just shrugged. Do NOT waste your $$ at this resort.

All-Inclusive Day Pass

This was a good way to spend a day trip to cozumel from playa del Carmen. . the ferry over was easy and grabbing a taxi was seamless. However the resort was less than gracious upon arrival. The pass starts at 9, but timing was off and we got to the gates at 845. They would not even let us in at first sating we had to wait to enter until 9( we would still have to check in and receive our wristbands prior to accessing any of the facilities) at the front desk they provided little to no information or direction other than specifically telling us what was not included in our day pass. Once we were checked in and explored to gain the "lay of the land" all staff were pleasant and welcoming. The "main" pool with the pool bar was in desperate need of a cleaning with TONS of debris, sand and other unidentifiable objects floating about. The pool deck had multiple iguanas wondering about which was cute until one decided to relieve himself ( solidly) 2 feet from my lounge chair. No biggie life happens , so we reported to the bar tender as this was near a walkway and didn't want anyone to step in it. We moved on to the beach at this point to enjoy the beautiful view!! In case you wondered we ventured back through 2 hours later and it was still there, fully undisturbed ( the relief not the iguana) the beach and lazy river pool are absolutely amazing. You can get into the ocean from the pier and swim freely in crystal clear waters!! The food options for "sit down meal" are slightly limited if you do not have preferred access ( buffett, a cafe with next to nothing and a side bar grill with shared picnic table seating) but everyone serves with a smile, amd you could likely get poolside or beach side food service we just didnt try.

All-Inclusive Preferred Club Day Pass

Seats were very hard to find, and we had to prove we had paid to several people - to check in, to eat, to get drinks, etc. wrist bands didn't matter, we still had to show proof of payment multiple times, which was irritating. Would still book through you again but not at this resort. Was not worth the price for the grounds quality and service.

All-Inclusive Preferred Club Day Pass

Food is wonderful Wendy at the preferred pool was amazing. Bartenders at swim up bar seemed annoyed if you ordered from them. Not a pleasant experience. Met lots of wonderful guests. Many have been coming for years. Older resort but well maintained.

All-Inclusive Preferred Club Day Pass

Resort was very out-dated. Furniture was falling apart. Tried to get a bartender to bring a drink for over 30 minutes and finally had to walk to the bar myself. Food mediocre at best. I would not recommend this resort- have used other resorts in Cozumel that were much better and cheaper.
