You need to update the description because there was no buffet and also no chairs were reserved.  Overpriced for what you get.  

Too expensive for what you get

We ended up not even staying. The services offered were not there, it is stated that chairs will be reserved there were no lounge chairs available and towels apparently we're not dried. The brunch was not available until 12 as the kitchen was not open and the person serving was the only one in service thus making drinks for the guests and cooling as the cook only arrives at 5. We left after an hours and basically feel cheated out if my money. The receptionist was friendly 

Worst experience 

Well past it's best.in all areas. Wouldn't go again. Lady in restaurant very nice but we both had stomach upsets following our lunch visit. Not ideal on a long haul flight. 
Should have gone to the beach for free. ! 

Dire !

The pool was horrible. No food at 11a. The restroom facilities were disgusting. Many broken things around the property. Towels were dirty and torn. We had a six hour wait before our flight, and we ended up staying only 2 hours and went to the airport. The worst 100.00 I ever blew. 

So sad!

We only spent around 3 hours at the Sapphire Hotel and enjoyed the lunch they provided. I wish I could stay longer to use the pool next time.

A short but nice stay

Plenty of choises for a bed next to the pool, good service from the bar. It was non crowded, and could have swimming pool al for myself almost. Nice lunch in setting of beatyfull  garden.  If you want to relax quietly, and read a good book on your sunbed, with pauzes inbetween a lovely swingingpool..a place to be on tropic st.maarten

I paid for the wrong resort, I thought it was for sapphire ocean club , not sapphire beach club 

Wrong resort 

This was nothing like the pictures - it was so bad we left - there is NO real beach the supposed beach is in between buildings very narrow to enter and tons of rocks and rough water if you went in you weren't come back out. Very outdated - very disappointed.
