Fairmont Mayakoba - All Inclusive

I played golf at Myacoba and then purchased a day pass at the resort .  We ate at the pool restaurant.  It took 10 minutes for a server to come to us and then another 45 minutes for nachos amd peel and eat shrimp.  The nachos didn’t have beef like we ordered and then they told us they were out of shrimp .   This is not a 5 star resort . Very disappointed in the entire stay on site .  Beach club was also under staffed and most of the area was under construction . They need to take a lesson from the ritz or an excellence resort for server manners! 

Poor service and attitude from staff

This was an AMAZING deal!!  The all inclusive pass allowed us to have the most magical day at this amazing resort for an all inclusive price that was far less than the value if we had eaten & drank separately!
