We rented a cabana for the day.  It was perfect to relax 

Perfect for something to do with a late flight 

My family and I are regulars here! The location is so nice, the service is wonderful! Beautiful spot!

Great Location

We booked a weekday booking in a cabana. My daughter loved the pool and we were protected from the strong winds that are whipping through south beach. 

Really good value for money

It was ok - the cabana was fine, but the service was not great. The server came at 12:15 pm when service was supposed to start at 12pm. And the kitchen did not open until 1pm. It was a quiet place with some music being played on one end with turf grass and a tic-tac-toe game. 

At check-in, all they said was to go to the third floor and take a cabana up there. Did not store luggage, put in cabana. 

Beverages were provided. Server did not check on me other than bringing out food, which I had to go inside the snack bar area to order (its just a few steps away, so not bad). 

If youre looking for a cabana and a pool at a good deal, this is your spot. If you are looking for more, you will be disappointed. 

Could be better

Rented a cabana for the afternoon before heading to the airport. Hotel did not have all amenities that were initially listed. Asked about storing our luggage and was  told it would fit in our cabana.  We were escorted from the lobby to the pool area on the 3rd floor and had to be let in with a room key. We were not given a key to get in or out, so we were basically stuck in this area for the duration of the day. There is limited food choices and service only by the pool- no where else in the hotel. We would probably look for a different resort next time.

The the hotel was nice and the amenities and service was great! The only this I would have liked was a key fob to the pool & other amenities, as opposed to getting escorted to each amentity (pool, gym, etc.). Other than that, it was super nice and I would recommend!
