Mountain View Pool Cabanas

It was OK not great. No hot tub in the main area for kids. The pools and lazy river were nice enough but I’ve never been in a lazy river that has almost no jet propelling people. Extra lazy I guess. One of the bartenders was outright rude. Our five dollar soda tasted off so my husband went and asked about it and she told him literally what do you want me to do about it? I don’t know …offer a different flavor or to check if the mix was off. The girl who took our orders was lovely. The food was terrible. It’s really not that hard to do these things well, you just have to have management who cares enough to get it right.

The front desk lady at the pool was rude. We got there and the desk was unattended. I knew I had paid for the day so I went and sat my stuff down. We were treated like criminals who were trying to sneak in. She went through our bags like we were trying to smuggle things in. I watched many other people come in and she glanced in their bags no digging through them. The pool was fun for the kids though

Piestewa Peak Cabana

Wish I could write a better review for this place but I just can’t. Spent almost $200 on a cabana, which was actually ok because it was spacious and shaded and had a little fridge filled with snacks and water, but that was the only good thing about our resort pass. The lazy river is NOT a lazy river. It does not have jets built in to the walls to push the water. If you sit in a tube, you will not move. You basically have to walk yourself through the river or paddle with your hands on the tube. The water slide only works if you go get one of the FOUR employees who are running this gigantic water park area to come and start the water on it. The mini golf course is completely run down, with random rocks and dirt all over the greens, and broken flags. They have this little area that is supposed to look like an old western town that is basically just rotting wood and chipped paints. Looks more like a ghost town. And the second we walked in we had to dodge a tractor and construction workers to even get in the front gate because they are doing some kind of work which was noisy as well. And don’t hope for a jacuzzi because they don’t even have one! We felt like we were in a water park that had gone out of business a year ago and someone just opened the doors again. Highly disappointed

I bought the resort pass and ended up switching to a day pass which was less expensive and came with a room and 5 passes to the water park. The staff was so friendly and helpful and it’s because of her we got this awesome deal!!!! The place was clean and beautiful and the food was good

the refridgerator didn't work in either cabana, the "snacks" for 8 were a single snack bag of chips, one snack size of trail mix and two fruit roll ups, customer service was AWFUL. DO NOT recommend. Communication was poor

Piestewa Peak Cabana

There was construction, but it didn’t hinder our experience at all. We got a cabana and had a large group including 2 very small children and the pools were great for our group. The service was excellent! Mina was very attentive and friendly.
