The rooftop area is big and relaxing. The second floor workspace is also big.

Great spaces

Needed to waste sometime and I saw it was going to be 90 degrees this particular weekend so I decided to book Resortpass for the first time and I am so glad I gave it a try! This pool was on the smaller size and no hottub but I went early and it was very quite. It did get busy around 3pm. It was strange to have people going to eat at the resturant around me while I'm in a bikini and laying out but I got over it. They also had a photo shoot going on and were shooting all the food for the hotel menu so that was very distracting but again not that big of a deal and I was happy to be able to relax and cool off on such a hot day! I would go again.

Hot day Refreshing Pool

I came here on a Saturday to celebrate my birthday with 7 others and we reserves a cabana. I read the reviews that said it was a fun vibe. I called the hotel the morning of and confirmed that there is music on the roof and that it is a fun environment. They said yes, but I brought a small portable speaker just in case. We arrived at noon and there was NO MUSIC! There was also NO ONE THERE! And the bar is being renovated so they have a smaller bar with much more limited options. We ended up using my portable speaker (not loud) to at least try and have a good time. The pool is "heated" but was still so cold! It also only goes up to 3.5 feet. All in all, we will not be coming back considering how lame it was!!! 

No music! 

The rooftop pool area and bar doesn't strike me as a children's water park but thats what it was. My lounge chair reservations said 21 and up. Everyone there was visibly annoyed by the kids screaming and splashing water on everyone and hotel staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Between the cost of the reservations and the food/drink minimum, I spent over $200 to get chlorine (and god only knows what else) splashed into my drinks, a pool that was inaccessible unless you don't mind kids splashing you in the face and swimming into you, and incessant yelling and screaming so loud it was impossible to carry on a conversation without constant interruption. Not the relaxing experience I expected. The hotel comped a couple of drinks and the service was otherwise fine, so nothing against the hotel but know what you're getting yourself into before you reserve.

Service was meh - it wasn't busy or Id understand . Food was the worst part .

I booked a cabana, I got a table with sofa around where we could even seat.Very uncomfortable !!!! We couldnt even have shade .

Fake cabana

I did not stay at this establishment because the pool was 3 feet deep. It was more like a Jacuzzi , capacity of 3 people. also as soon as we got up to walk into where the pool was we were stopped our cards were taken and were given a whole set of rules and restrictions.

Kimpton 

Had a nice relaxing time at this facility but it is very small and felt overpriced for what was offered. Staff took good care of us. 

Great staff but tiny spot

The roof is vibey, the view is cool, the staff was nice, the food and drinks solid.

*But*, I booked a cabana for $300+. The photos of the cabana on the listing showed a few chairs under a typical shaded cabana looking area. When you hear "cabana," you probably visualize what most of us do: a canopy'd area with a few private chairs, table, and a mini fridge or ice bucket plus a TV if its a particularly nice one. The Beverly Wilshire has a cabana like this $250, for example.

This cabana was not that. It wasn't a cabana at all. It what was not what was in the photos on the listing. It was a dinner booth under a canopy. The table was oversized, so it hung over the benches. You couldn't lay down on them. All you could use it for was sitting there for a dinner, which is what that space was designed for.

I asked ResortPass to intervene and work on a refund, and they have been slow to reply and have yet been unable to help. 

If you go here, just get chairs.
