- Pool chairs have been separated to ensure proper physical distancing.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available around the pool for use by employees and guests.
- Comprehensive sanitation protocols in place including sanitizing pool chairs, tables, and other poolside furniture after every use.
- Symptom screening for employees prior to the start of their shift.
- All employees working on property will have protective equipment such as masks.

Cancel Online
You can cancel your booking online for a full refund back to your original payment method or for ResortPass Credit to use another time. Bookings can be cancelled online up until the following times:
Cabanas can be cancelled by 10:00am PST on the day before your booked date.
Day Passes can be cancelled by 11:59pm PST on the night before your booked date.
Work Passes can be cancelled by 10:00am PT on the day before your booked date.
