The staff gets a 10. Friendly and informative. As for the hotel, the pool was dirty and wouldn't go in it. Not the quality I expect from a Hilton. 

Great staff

The location is great and convenient and I had a relaxing day to myself lounging by the pool. Beach access is an easy walk. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see not one single umbrella set up around the pool deck. When I asked at the front desk if they could set up the umbrellas (there were stands for them all over) I was told, they had no umbrellas at that time. Fine. I pulled my chair off the pool deck, into the grassy area, so I could have some dappled shade from a few palm trees. No big deal. The pool was not heated, as advertised, Neither hot tub was hot, just warm. I had a lovely day, regardless. Parking is convenient and I love that you can access your vehicle through a safety gate right from the pool. I do these Resort Day Passes often, and many hotels are raising their prices dramatically. This location is still within reason. Check it out! Has a grassy area with lawn games for the kids!!

The towels are not available after a couple of hours and they will not restock them

Definitely great location and facility 

This day was awesome, the customer service was excellent, and the staff there were welcoming! This is a last minute trip for a group of friends, and we couldn't have asked for a better day! There was easy access to the beach, as well as bar service right next to the pool. I will definitely keep this location on my GO BACK TO LIST!
