The hotel was lovely.  The food and drinks were fantastic also.  But the service was not great.  First, upon arrival, the bar attendant asked us to leave the cabana assuming we didn’t rent it instead of asking us if we had a reservation, then our poolside tab was given to someone else and signed, and lastly, our parking was not free as they said it would be with the cabana pass, it was only $15 dollars off the maximum of $37 dollars. We had to wait in the garage exit to clear that up.  Although the day was lovely, there was a hassle at every point of the day from arrival to departure.  

Great Rooftop Pool / Disappointing service

We had an amazing time at the Otis Rooftop pool! The views, pool, loungers, and facilities were extremely nice! The service from the bar and waitstaff was excellent! The food and drinks were great! We are already planning to go again next month!

Perfect Daycation

Great location, somewhat crowded although it was a perfect pool day. Deduct one star because I had to pay extra for parking and another because the bartender repeatedly said she was too busy to make drinks.

Great view 

This location was very nice. It was clean and quiet for the most part with no music playing. Not a lot of chairs so make sure to get there early. Check in was very easy.

Nice spot for a short relaxing day

We loved the accommodations, pool, views, and the incredible service. Christy was very welcoming and attentive, and we enjoyed the delicious drinks and food. We had reserved a cabana overlooking the pool, and everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views, great service!

Rented the cabana for a friend's birthday. Very chilled vibe, waitress was great.  There are a few options for food, but the portions are small. We had a great time. 

Relaxing Day at the Pool 

Went memorial day weekend, so i expected it to be busy and it was. There aren't a ton of lounge chairs (we were lucky that we walked up as soon as someone was leaving), but there's plenty of seating near the bar sit your things and hang when you're not in the pool. Drinks were delicious and food was good.

Busy but fun

We had a really nice time here, will definitely return! Food and drinks are a bit pricey but we enjoyed everything we ordered.

Great spot for a sunny day!

This was such a great poolside day! I secured a cabana for the day and it was nestled in the corner which was a perfect spot out of direct sun. The two waitresses that took care of everyone in the pool did an amazing job! They stayed upbeat and were so helpful and friendly the whole day. It was almost like a spa type atmosphere. The music could use some work, it started with edm style, transitioned into house music, and then a live DJ showed up and it was more old school rap/hip hop and much more enjoyable. They comp your parking if you utilize the pool for the day pass and you are also able to order from the burger joint downstairs and have it brought up to you. The bar/restaurant rooftop food was sushi options and easy appetizers. Everything was delicious. Drinks are a little pricey but they are quite delicious.
