Wifey and I did a daypass off the cruise.  Pool area was great!  Food was good as well. Beach was ok to look at and didn't go in as there's warning about crocs in the water.

Great Location but beach was not great

Got there and no chairs available. Had to ask a manager to get us settled. He removed towels from a long unoccupied set of chairs. The person who dropped her stuff and departed came back and cursed us out, despite being told that the manager would help her. The food was an additional fee. So to fight for a lounge chair the day cost $175 US per person. A few years ago the same hotel charged $75 per person and food was included. 

Too exoensive

The pool area is amazing! That said guests get up early and mark all the poolside chairs with towels despite a sign reminding guests that poolside chairs can not be reserved with towels. I arrived at 9 am on a Thursday in early March looking forward to a luxurious day by the pool and delicious restaurant service to my seat. Shockingly, there were only 3 scattered poolside seats available. My friend was in the spa so I needed two seats and chose the beach seats( the only open slots). The sand is a bit darker, rougher, and rockier than the Zona Romantica. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. However, my friend had an excellent massage at the spa.  I would recommend the spa services but not the resort pass which includes a towel and any seats not taken by guests on a subpar beach. 

Great pool and beach views. 

The price we paid to go there for a day was not worth it. At all. The service was not good. I waited at least 15 min for a pop. Their pina colada and a daiquiri was terrible. Only thing this place has going was the pool. Thats about it. Def wont be back.

What a beautiful property!  Renting the day bed was well worth it!

Spectacular Day

Great location and pool but very overpriced. We realized after it would have been cheaper to book a room overnight than pay for a day pass for 2 adults and 2 kids. They also got rid of the food credits they used to give a few years ago with your day pass. 

Good location but overpriced

This resort is a piece of heaven. The pool, all the facilities and the food exceeded all our expectations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us all. The location couldnt be better and you are feet away from the ocean. I will definitely be back.
