Clean and not too crowded. The music was a bit too loud in the afternoon. 

Great place 

The pool is small but was a nice and relaxing vibe., not party vibes.The drinks were really good and strong. Parking is 25 and up for the day but you can find street parking which is cheaper. Id definitely go again to unwind . Great experience. 

Relaxing Saturday 

Went on a Wednesday and the place was relatively empty so we had the pool to ourselves. Bartender was super nice and the drinks were delicious. The food was pretty good. Love the rooftop vibe and the vibe of the hotel in general, would definitely go back

Great experience with the day pass. We got a daybed and Valet was included!

Everything was perfect. It is a beautiful spot in a good location. Everything is very clean and the staff is welcoming. I recommend!! 

Perfect

This is the 3rd time I have visited this location with a day pass and every single time, the service is immaculate. From the valet to the check in and complimentary drinks all the way to the rooftop pool service. The pool is always clean and free area well kept. The food is always good. This is a very great deal!

Perfect in every way

Its a beautiful hotel located in Coconut Grove which is remodeled and looks great but they definitely need more lounge chairs and more servers. The food was really good. Get the fish tacos.

Great location 

Beautiful hotel pool but disappointed. Paid for a daybed and service staff went up to other lounge chairs often but never served my partner and I. We had to go up to the bar to order food/drinks while we watched servers take orders from the chairs beside us. We once asked a staff member to send a server and nobody showed up.

Great location, bad service 

I wish I could actually stay at this hotel for more than the just the day. The design is stunning and being surrounded by all these plants and flowers all over feels and smells great. Rooftop pool and bar were very comfy. Good friendly service. Just be aware that a day bed basically means a covered but exposed round bed on the rooftop bar so if you were hoping for privacy thats not really the vibe. Also the whole neighborhood around the hotel is pretty and fun to stroll through. Lots of food options around
