Poolside Cabanas

I booked a cabana on the higher level pool instead of The Grotto, was very happy with the service received, location of the pool and overall atmosphere. Was able to get plenty of pool time and lay in the sun. There was an outdoor shower available, a fan in the cabana, and the cabana attendant brought over plenty of water bottles. 

Great hotel and amenities

We had an amazing time at the Hyatt. The staff was friendly, we had an issue with our cabana and they helped us out. The pool was great the kids loved the slide. 

Loved it 

All the staff was amazing especially Angel at the cabana desk! Drinks and food came out fast and the facility was clean and very beautiful. Would definitely recommend this location for a local pool day. 

Great day

Be prepared to do some walking. Parking garage isn't connected to main building. Calling ahead will save you a lot of time. If you book the Terrance cabana, you are not near the bar or restaurants. But if you want to be completely secluded, that package is for you. We got a sports package which included a bucket of beer, chicken tenders or wings with fries. Just the portion of the food was small. The main pool has vball & bball, life size connect four, checkers, and chess. Theres many different areas in the main pool section that you can enjoy. The drinks were GOOD! Werent watered down at all. Theres a bit of construction going on though, just be midnful of where you step. 

Overall experience 

This hotel had a few different pools,  one being on the 4th floor.  It did not have direct food and drink service but I just went inside to order. The pool was very quiet and that's what I was really looking for. 

Peaceful 

Spent Memorial Day in a cabana, relaxing, drinks are great. Food not so much. Would definitely come back.

The grotto cabana was a perfect birthday afternoon. Had a waiter that took care of everything 

Great location

This was a great place for a staycation.  We enjoyed the pools and thought the check-in process was seamless.  The Grotto Pool is pretty crowded so get there early!

Pool & Cabana were lovely , bar service would have been wonderful though.

Pool was over crowded, food bar staff was rude and food was extremely over priced, and there were way to little pool chairs for the size of the pool area. Our excitement turned to disappointment immediately. Of it was for a convention going on we would have never gone. Not going back nor recommending resort pass.
