Amazing Location

The Kona Kai makes it so easy to make it a full day of fun. They have poolside food and drinks. There is a fitness center with lockers where you can store your bags and where you can shower before enjoying dinner at their restaurant. There is every yard game option you could imagine. They have bikes. There is kayak rental nearby.  And you can end the day by the fire pits on the beach. We love the Kona Kai.

Beautiful and relaxin 

Would have been better experience with a server. Adult pool bar was lacking frozen drinks. When we arrived we were not given keys to access pool or restrooms and had to go back to front desk for them. Food took forever and when it came out the servers didnt know where to go and offered our food to another party at the pool. For the price of a cabana, service needs to be better all the way around.

Rented a cabana at the adult-only pool for the day and everyone had a great time. The hot tub was hot, the pool refreshing, and the harbor views were beautiful.  The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. 

Be aware that seating in the cabana is a bit limited. There is basically just a couch in there so only about 4 people at a time can sit inside. There are plenty of deck chairs around though.  We actually didnt use the cabana that much.  

There is a steam room in the fitness center locker rooms but the mens one was out of service.  

The cocktails from the bar were very strong and not particularly well crafted for my taste.  

There was a DJ and rather loud music for the first part.  At first we thought this would be annoying but we actually enjoyed it.  They stopped after a few hour and it was quieter.  But then there was a wedding adjacent to the pool area.  Not a big problem but if you're looking for quiet, this might not be the best place.  

Great place

Took my two grandkids to spend the day. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Great regular and kids menu for lunch. Plenty of towels, excellent DJs and very helpful staff. Well worth it!!!!

Great amenities and excellent service!

Got a cabana for my 30th birthday and had a wonderful time. Easy check-in, great food & drinks, and beautiful views/atmosphere. Had a great massage at the spa as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

I rented this cabana for my clients and there wasn't any service, the bar was closed so there was no point in getting the cabana at the Adult Pool.
The cabana was so dirty when I first showed up that I had to clean it myself. There was leaves and dirty all over the cabana floors, the cushions were all dirty as if they hadn't been cleaned ever. Underneath the furniture was black with dirty. 
I was running back-and-forth taking orders and bringing it to the pool because no ones here to help. They gave us food in to-go boxes, there was no actual dining wear for near the poo. 
I would just have picked somewhere else if I knew it would be like this, will not be choosing the Kona Kai in the future. 

Not Great

We rented a cabana and not once was there an attendant!  The bar was not open. Our guests had to wander around the resort for any type of service. Very embarrassing. The closest restroom was our guest room. 

Zero attention. 

Beautiful grounds, easy check in and parking, 2 beautiful pools! Had dinner on the private beach! Cant wait to come back;)
