YOTEL Washington DC

This was a very disappointing experience. The furniture was worn and dirty. There was only one umbrella available for the lounge chairs. The restaurant upstairs was not open. Drinks were weak and $20. There was no view from the rooftop. Its simply not worth the price. 

Poorly Maintained/No Food

Celebrated my birthday with friends in one of the Cabanas. We came in the afternoon which I recommend because you'll have access to the pool bar and food menu the whole time. The booking process, cabana setup, personal service, food and drinks, pool, and vibes were all amazing! Street parking was easy to find on a Friday afternoon. Definitely will return.  

Beautiful day at the pool!

Really enjoyed my experience for my first anniversary. The vibe was nice and the food and drinks were great. We had a great day. My only complaint is that the food and beverage minimum online does not match the minimum in real life. Fortunately, this didnt affect us, but it might affect others. Yotel should ensure the minimum online reflects the minimum when you arrive.

Perfect mixture of fun and relaxing 

Yotel rooftop pool was gorgeous!  The water temp was so refreshing.  Servers were all v pleasant.  Would def recommend.

So Relaxing!

- the pool could not be used due to pool temp of 77 degrees - too cold to go in - everyone stuck toes in .. and left - they stated out of their control 
- there is no stock of beverages  - they are out of most of what is on their liquor menu NOT GOod for when you have  a cabana stuck with what you dont want
- not the cleanest cabana - crumbs left on it probably from day before 
-no changing rooms - just restroom of hotel 
-late food service so if you book early cabana you have to wait 4 hours to get food service and for overall service need to wait till 11 to get any - help yourself to towels and water- 
wouldnt go back to this cabana at yotel 

good just to relax but no true service 

I visited yotel twice- once during the afternoon/ evening when it was more loud and more of a party scene, and once in the morning when it was much quieter and serene- great place to relax with a book. I was a bit off put by their no water bottles rule, mostly because its not uniformly enforced and they took my water bottle away on a 100 degree day when others had theirs out, but whatever. On the day I went in the afternoon, the line for drinks was also extremely long, about 35 minute wait just to order a drink. Overall the place was clean, well kept, and had a good price for a day pass. Id definitely go back again for a nice pool day
