Tiki Cabana

Unfortunately, our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. The rooms were outdated and had a noticeable moldy smell. Service throughout the resort was extremely slow, and many of the staff members we encountered were unfriendly and not very welcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the rats. We saw rats throughout the property, including around the pool area. Once the sun went down, they became even more active. My wife was so uncomfortable and scared that we ended up going back to our room rather than enjoying the resort in the evening. The one positive thing I can say is that the views are beautiful. Unfortunately, the views alone are not enough to make up for the condition of the rooms, poor service, and especially the rodent problem. Based on our experience, we will not be returning to this resort.

Paloma Cabana

We got a cabana at the adults only pool. We ordered food right when ordering opened (at 11:00a) and after waiting about 1 1/2 hours without any food, we ended up going into the hotel to check (up until then we saw no employees). When we finally got our food, our fish and chips were soft and cold, our salad was soggy, and our guac was brown. I’m not sure how a resort thought it was okay to bring food out like that but it was obvious the food was made and left to sit out for a while. Since half our group consisted of pregnant women, we had to send it all back to not risk getting sick. Also, the pool was dirty and had lots of bugs in it, we asked if someone could come skim it, they said yes but ultimately that did not happen either. We ended up skimming the pool ourselves as ridiculous as that sounds. The resort itself is beautiful and in an ideal location but our experience made us not want to come back so I would not recommend.

Day Pass

Not the place to go to if you expect service. The QR codes on the lounge chairs apparently don’t register at the bar. Understaffed and the pool was disappointing. Not sure how it has some stellar reviews.

Paloma Cabana

The cabana itself and location was perfect for our little bachelorette gathering. Beautiful view of the marina, steps from the jacuzzi and pool and bar! I would only suggest to have a trash bucket inside as we had a collection of things to throw away throughout the day. Also since we didn’t have anybody come to take drink orders or ask if we needed anything, there was no one to come take trash away. Other than that it was lovely and I would go again!

POORLY staffed. Pre-ordered platters not delivered for nearly TWO hours, vomit in pool, never saw any maintenance. Would not recommend.

50-Minute Signature Noble Massage

The massage was so nice and much needed. I was going through a rough time and it was a great day to relax and the pool area is beautiful and was wonderful to have an adults only space. The bar tender was friendly and suggested a delicious drink. The Check In process was easy and all the staff was helpful. Resort pass made it so easy to find a location that worked for me and made it so integrated into the process.
